Did a great job on my kitchen which was falling into the basement. Kenny even fixed things that were not on the list. Jim was patient with me when I decided I didn't like the new floor and put down one I was happy with. In two weeks they are going to do my bathroom remodel as well as freshen up the rest of the house.

They were on time, quality work and very professional.

I was very impressed with how this company responded to my church's needs. We had just put in new front steps, but needed to replace and install wrought iron railings. Planet Home Tech was courteous, responsive to our needs, professional, and provided those custom made railings in a matter of days, which was astonishing. I would highly recommend Planet Home Tech.

I replaced my kitchen and dining room ceiling. The workers were not professional. They wanted to start and end drywall not on a beam. I had to explain that the drywall will sag if not held up properly. They did not know how to reinstall the crown molding (some was upside down and some was flat against the wall, not on an angle.) A comment was made about them scratching the wall when the drywall was being put up, and the worker made it into a racial issue. They left my house with drywall dust all over the counters and floor. Not professional at all.

Not happy with the quality of the work. Warning to curious homeowners, I would not pay any money up front before work completed.

I got in touch with Jim to help with a job that needed to be done quickly. He fit it into his schedule, was super easy to work with, knowledgeable, and professional. Iâ ll definitely use him again!

Jim and his crew were absolutely amazing. Courteous, professional, and always on-time. Jim will bend over backwards to please his clients and instruct his technicians to communicate with the homeowner regarding any issues or nuances throughout the project. His prices are fair and his requests are reasonable. My wife and I will probably hire him again on our next project.

Hiring a contractor is tough. Make your choice easier and hire Planet Home Tech. Jim is an extremely good communicator - answering the phone or getting back to you within a timely manner. He and his team are extremely polite and treat you with respect. Jim also provided sound feedback to a problem we had with a previous contractor who did work in our attic. He offered advice, solutions, and wisdom. He doesn't pressure and is always honest. His contracts are easy to understand and they completed all work in a timely manner on or around budget. As issues came up, he communicated them to us and what he and his team could do to help. He's plugged in to other area experts and my wife and I felt extremely comfortable and confident that we were being taken care of. Go ahead and shop around if you want to, but in all honesty, I would never look elsewhere. Jim and his team were a pleasure to work with and I'll be calling him again when we are ready for our next project.

Jiim is extremely knowledgeable and is up to date with all the fire/building codes needed to prepare my home for sale...especially the garage. His crew that day were Daniel and David. I can t say enough about them. They were very professional, hardworking, respectful, on time...did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends and also hire them for future jobs. When you find a company so professional, you hold onto their number!!!

The owner was not responding to my request to come and see the quality of work. Two workers worked 2-5 hours a day - and left the job and the company before finished the work - leaving behind tile-grout-door-trim work. the quality of the work is horrible. It shows complete disrespect, complete dilettantism.

We had an appointment for the first day to start work at 1:00pm. The worker arrived about 4:00pm with no response to several calls that I made to check if he was coming to my home. His supervisor had required over a $500. deposit which is the only reason I let his employee start the work. After that the work seemed to be getting done. However the supervisor without contacting me to confirm that the work was completed, withdrew money from my credit card. Several touchups and finishes needed to be done to complete this job. The only reason I didnt dispute payment with my bank is because the worker came back and finished the job. However I didnt give agreement for that final payment before it was taken from my credit card and felt it was necessary to cancel that card to safeguard my account.
