+ -1 moremediocre service, which was getting worse. not enough maids and not enough time spent. poor communications and responsiveness to cust concerns.

+ -1 moreWhen we first hired this company, in 2009, two or three maids would come to the house and clean like crazy. The work was excellent. Eventually, they cut the service to one maid and she was limited in the amount of time she could be there. The service slowly declined. The quality of the work depended on the woman providing the service. Some were excellent; others appeared to have done nothing. You could barely tell that the house was cleaned.
Description of Work: They cleaned our home every other week.

+ -1 moreThey do not do every room every time they come. They alternate which rooms they do. I like that they come on time and regularly. I wouldn't say they clean like I would clean but the house is clean. There are only two people living here and we don't tend to mess up the rooms all that much.
Description of Work: I have bi weekly cleaning of several rooms in my house.
