Description of Work: gave us a 12pm appointment did not show up text salesman he says our carpet was on the road 45 minutes go by text salesman again he's says they are on the way they are an hour away 1 hour later text salesman again he says they are 10 minutes away 20 minutes late owner called and said my guys were there at 11 you weren't there Isn't them home I guess we weren't we were told we had a 12 o'clock appointment and got there at 11:45. so when we said why were we lied to about the guys on the road and an hour away and 10 minutes away the owner hung up on us we called back and asked for our money back and were hung up on again

 + -1 moreIn the end they were $3,200.00 more overall than any one else for the same exact product. Wow, that means I obtained a total price for over $3,000 less thats huge, for the same exact product. Not a similar or close product the same .Yes, thats Apples to Apples. When I emailed Larry the expert installer salesman with that info I never heard from him again. Stay away from this company - as far as I am concerned they will rip you Off! I will post the company I used when they complete the job. But not this company, the first thing to note is when you get at least 3 quotes you will know the rip off when they over measure and promise you the best price without listing each item they will provide and install- Red Flag. Just tell me the charge for the material and labor. Thanks Good Luck!
Description of Work: Went to show room to look at Wall to Wall rarpet for approxiametly 1100 Sq Ft. They came to measure and were 140 sq ft more in their measurement than 3 other flooring companies/installers.
