+ -1 moreHe took a look at the situation, said what he was going to do and immediately gave me a price of $149 before he started work. He installed a new outdoor faucet, a new pipe to replace the one that cracked and put a new shut off valve in my basement.
Description of Work: This morning, a cold Saturday in December, an outdoor faucet pipe sprang a leak and I couldn't get the water to shut off. And the old turn off valve in my basement wouldn't stop the water either. So I was in a tizzy. Icicles had started to form around the faucet and my sump pump was going crazy trying to keep up with the water running into the foundation. Rick at JBM said he could get there in a couple of hours, but I only had to wait about a half hour before he knocked on my door (remember this is a weekend - so this was a GREAT response.)
