Sunny (?) was great. He contacted me very quickly and scheduled my service the very next business day. Furthermore, he checked my home s full exterior as well as the interior areas I was concerned about thus assuring me that the nest had not penetrated thru any interior walls, etc. He also took the additional time to watch the effectiveness of the chemical products he determined would work best against the huge hornets nest that had internally invaded the corner of my home s vinyl siding. Gratefully, in the last 5 days since his applications, we have not seen any activity in or out the nest; especially, from my child's window! He said to give it a full 2-3wks and if they buzz back around, then he will come back out and apply something deadlier!

Was very professional and gave me suggestion on how to prevent insects from getting in the house.
