They were great. They came out to do an estimate the same day I called. They were very professional. They stayed within the estimate. They were prompt. They even helped fixed a dresser mirror for me when they were putting it up.

These guys were fabulous! They showed up when promised, were friendly and upbeat throughout, and never slacked, even when I offered them lunch they only took a short break. They wrapped all the furniture and hand-carried everything. The floors had just been refinished in the new house, and they were extra careful, laid down protective paper, and didn't bang or damage the floors or the furniture. They were very solitous about ensuring the rugs and furniture were placed exactly where and how we wanted it, and were careful to check in both places that the cats were always behind closed doors so they wouldn't escape. They also picked up a piano I had just purchased, and took good care moving that as well. Compared to my previous experience with movers, this was a dream. I had been a little worried because the owner was sending a crew, not coming himself, but I can't say enough good things about them. Very highly recommended.

It went wonderful. The owner is a nice man. He had a lot of patience because I wasn't sure what day I was going to move. Nothing broke. The company went above and beyond.

My husband and I were very skeptical as we have heard and read horror stories from other people that have moved out of state. From the pickup to delivery, Palmieri movers were well spoken, courteous and professional. They describe and outline their plan of action and go over everything to make sure you're on the same page with them. They were thorough and packed our stuff up well. The guys go above and beyond to make things go smoothly and to ensure your happiness. The price is right and we couldn't have been happier with their service from start to finish. Would recommend them to anyone considering a move!

Palmieri Movers is very close to my home and I have heard of others who have used them being well satisfied. That was my experience as well. I was promptly scheduled and the office staff very helpful and courteous. The moving men were likewise professional and courtesy and treated me as though I were moving a houseful of furniture, not just a few pieces. They were right on time and checked over all I needed moved before beginning the job. They even offered advice as to how to position the items I was having moved within the home. I feel their price was more than fair and would not hesitate in the least to use them again. On a scale of 1-to-10 with 10 being the best, they would get a 10 without question. I highly recommend them.

There were some issues at first, but that made up for the issues in the end.

They did a great job, the transition from my old home to here was very smooth. They took care of most of the packing and loading my things onto the truck. They moved everything in timely manner without any delays.

They did not deviate from their initial quote, they arrived on time, they worked hard, moved the stuff well, and they were reasonably priced compared to all others

They were very polite and responsive. They were able to come the same day we called them. They called 1/2 hour before they arrived to let us know. They were very careful and did the move very quickly. We got a callback later that day to make sure everything went OK which was amazing considering this was a very small move. Nice guys and we would highly recommend them and would use them again.

They were very professional, knew what they were doing, wrapped everything beautifully, took everything apart and put everything together, and they accomodated us well when we asked them to put pads under our furniture.

It went better then good. Guys were friendly, helpful, caring and very professional. Took great care with the furniture both in loading and unloading. Equally when carrying upstairs and with setup. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.

They were amazing. They were professional, polite, and showed up on time. They wrapped everything carefully. I have never seen movers wrap things this well, they even did the cushions on her sofa.

I found another company who quoted a good price and went with them instead.

Arrived at Morristown on time as scheduled. Great job moving out of my apt. They were done in 1 hr. 15 min with a crew of 4. Went to Langhorne, PA and completed that smaller load in less than an hour. Had everything moved in Manchester, and with travel time included to and from, I was charged for 8 hours. They offer a 5% discount if you pay in cash, which I took advantage of.

We were getting ready to move my mother from the hospital into our home to recuperate from illness, and we were having the hardwood floors done before her arrival. After family members had moved the furniture out of two rooms, circumstances prevented them from being able to move the furniture to the locations we needed, and we needed the rooms set up fast for her arrival the next day. I went to Angie's list to find a name I could call, and I called Palmieri Movers at 7pm that night. They answered the phone and, despite their busy schedule for the next day, figured out a time to fit us in. Sadly, my mother died the next day. Palmieri movers were so compassionate and considerate, and did everything they could to reschedule to a date/time that suited us completely. My husband met them when they arrived, and he couldn't say enough about how courteous, professional and kind they were to us. I would recommend Palmieri Movers highly to anyone.

I moved from central to northern Jersey, about an hours drive. I packed my own items, but the movers moved all my furniture and boxes. They did a great job with wrapping all the furniture to prevent scuffing and moving the boxes without dropping or breaking them. I moved out of an apartment high rise, so there was an elevator and a 450ft long carry, and there was no extra charge for either. My move ended up coming under the estimate, which was a binding estimate, so they took off a few dollars from my total. The 3 guys that came were professional and worked the whole time. they were done with the load of my things, move, and the unload of my things in 6hrs. I have moved 6 times in as many years, and this is by far my smoothest and most hassle free move.

I just realized I never put in a review for Palmieri and want to fix that right now. These guys were GREAT, moved us from our townhome, to storage, and then from storage to our new residence when it was ready. We tried to pack our own boxes to save some money. We tried to save some money and packed 150 boxes on our own, but with no end in sight, I caved in, asked Palmieri if they could finish packing for us. Without hesitation, they sent over TWO guys the next day that packed everything else in no time. It was amazing. Such efficiency, and everything was packed REALLY well (FAR better than my wife and I were packing our things on our own). The price was right -- I got quotes from the "big" moving companies in the area, and they were easily TWICE as much as Palmieri. And it snowed on the day of the move, but they showed up anyway, 6 guys and 2 trucks, had the townhome emptied within 2.5 hours. By the time we got to the storage facility, there was 6+ inches of snow on the ground, but that didn't stop them. That storage unit was packed to the ceiling, not an inch was wasted. Palmieri made the move affordable, packed efficiently and quickly, provided peace of mind, and left me with the lasting impression that they want more business from me in the future.

I know that the reason that people are on Angie's List in the first place is to cut the crap and get honest reviews for services. I gave Palmieri straight A's and I mean it: I called them on a Monday about moving on Thursday, which normally would never fly for a moving company. Not only did they say they could do the job but: One of their guys came over bright and early Tuesday morning to take inventory of our stuff He confirmed that Thursday was not only possible, but that they would move us in less than 4 hours And he booked his best crew to facilitate the move that Thursday The crew was 4 guys who ferociously dominated our stuff. No object was too big or couldn't be moved. They were efficient, detailed, and very careful with our things. This was the first time my wife and I have ever booked movers, before we were DIYers who were gluttons for multiple car rides back and forth. Not fun. Palmieri convinced us that moving can be done efficiently and with a lot less stress by pros who know what the h*** they're doing. They're the best. I can't recommend them enough!

The experience we had with Palmieri movers was outstanding; their efficiency and concern over quality far exceeded our expectations. The crew from Palmieri Movers arrived early (definitely wasn't expecting this!), came in the house, introduced themselves to my wife and I, and immediately went to work. They set a pleasant tone early, and set my wife at ease (which is not an easy thing to do). After meeting the team, and watching them work for just a short period of time, we knew we made the right choice. We had set aside a number of items that we were afraid to have "the movers" move, but we realized that we could have had Palmieri move everything; my wife even said she would trust the team to do not only the moving piece, but the packing piece also! When Jimmy's team started to load the truck in the am, I asked him how long the load portion of the day would be - and it ended up to be close to his estimate. Upon arrival at our new home, some of our larger and heavier pieces of furniture were challenged by the design of the house - but somehow, the crew was able to get everything to where it needed to be, and without any damage to our stuff....or to the house. We will definitely use Palmieri for our next move, and will recommend them to anyone that needs a trustworthy mover. Our thanks again to the crew - Jimmy, Ryan, John K, Jody, Dom, and Nelson!

They were excellent. They quoted a price and that was the price they charged - no hidden fees or last minute increases. They came on time and were very efficient and professional. Hurricane Sandy came a few days before i was supposed to move and Palmieri made sure to contact me even though their offices had no power - they would have moved me on my date as planned if I had wanted which i though was amazing given the gas lines and other sandy issues, but i decided to postpone a couple of weeks for other reasons. They were so helpful, accommodating, highly professional and just overall very good at what they do. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

The experience with Palmierie Movers, from start to finish was a very pleasant one. These guys were pure pros. The 6 man moving crew were polite - cheerful and handled all of the furniture with great care. Mr. Robert Quinn, one of the owners,gave us an estimate - He was fair and precise. A man of integrity. The experience was great! They were on time, the team was friendly, professional, courteous, flexible and knowledgeable about how to handle everything and they were very careful. On the day I moved out, we had a time schedule to meet and they finished before the deadline without compromising quality to their work or detail to make sure everything was handled properly. Due to the timing for closing on my old and new home they had to store my belonging over a few days. It was originally scheduled for just two days, but unfortunately, this was over the time when hurricane Sandy hit. This delayed the closing on my new home and they had to store my belongings for a couple of extra days. They were extremely flexible and stayed in constant contact with me as the schedule changed and were very accommodating. When they delivered my belongings to my new home they were equally as careful bringing everything in. From my original outreach to request a quote to the delivery at my new home the experience was great. Everyone was extremely professional and responsive. I couldn't have asked for better and had complete peace of mind with this process during the chaos and stress that moving brings.

The cost was just what he said it would, They were very nice and pleasant to work with.
