The team, headed by John, successfully disassembled, moved and then reassembled an extremely complicated wall unit with electronic doors and a baby grand piano. I was amazed at their ability.

I’m extremely happy with their services! I thought I had a lot of boxes (22) and a couple small pieces of furniture and they had everything onto the truck in 15 minutes! Nick, Steve, and Christian were all extremely nice and efficient as they moved all my belongings up to the top floor of a 4 floor walk up! I would absolutely recommend M&M Movers and use them again in the future.

All was done promptly and carefully, without any delays.

Overall, the move went well. They were punctual and did a great job wrapping the the 2 TVs and other fragile furniture and packing the truck. It was a 4 man crew and all were friendly and very careful with all the items. No damage was done to the items or the house which is the most important thing. The one thing you really should know is that they charge for wrapping each piece of furniture and also shrink wrapping is required for each mattress & box spring. In addition, there was extensive use of bubble wrap and tape which really cranked up the price. While the initial contract lists the costs of each set of materials, I would suggest that at the beginning of the job, you ask them to let you know halfway through how much materials were used. That would allow you to manage the costs vs. getting a bill at the end that is much higher than anticipated. I wish I had done that. As materials are being brought in, they really should let the client know to avoid issues with sticker shock at the end. I liked the fact that they called the day after the move to check again on how everything went. I felt like Natalie, office mgr, was on top of everything from beginning to end.

From the time I called to book the service, until the move was over I found them to be friendly and professional. They took great care with my belongings and made everything so easy. I would not hesitate to use M & M movers for any future needs. I recommend them highly.

The company also offers specials periodically which worked out well for us in affordable pricing! We priced out several additional companies which which could not compare to M & M's rate. Everything went really well on both our moving days. The crew arrived slightly early and called ahead which was wonderful! We had the same crew both times and they were terrific! They were professional, friendly, and considerate of our needs and new home. They moved efficiently and quickly. We could not have asked for a better crew.

From the very first conversation with Brittany everything was handled extremely professionally and with courtesy. I went with a 3 man team and they worked tirelessly for over 8 hours. 2 men crew (Nick & Ian) arrived on time on my moving day. Both were very professional, efficient, courteous and very careful about moving my furniture and other stuff. Nick has a great sense of humor and Ian was very polite during the whole time which made the moving much more bearable and lighthearted. Good service and good price. Will definitely use them again and recommend for others.

For the in home estimate and follow up by the company owner, to the scheduling and planning with the office team to the actual movers themselves, everything was GREAT. Our experience with M & M was terrific! First of all, we were so appreciative that Natalie and Brittany were always available to answer questions and ensure that everything in the contract was clear and understood by us. Regarding the move itself, Steve and his crew could not have been any more professional, efficient, courteous, and diligent. They arrived on time, worked beautifully together, treated our furniture with care, kept us updated on everything, always checked with us before making decisions about placement of items, and cleaned up when they were done. We have moved several times and this was by far the easiest, most professional, and most efficient move EVER! We hope to not need to move for a while, but we'll certainly recommend M & M to our friends and colleagues.

This was my 2nd local residential move with M&M Movers. From apt to apt. And it was absolutely great again.. The guys seemed young but they were excellent and hardworking. They were really nice guys and they knew what they were doing. They were fast and careful and were a great team. They also had to deal with covid precautions and wore masks and had their temps taken at the apt building I was moving into. The lead mover handled his interactions with the apt building staff very well. Very professionally.. Also the cost was very reasonable. And did not go over the initial estimate.. I called a few other movers just to compare prices as my funds were very limited- and M&M was still the best. The office staff was also very professioanl and experienced and very easy to work with.. Suffice to say i highly recommend them!! And if there is another move in my future i will surely use them agan. Thank you very much M&M Movers!!!!
