I rarely write a review. But I have to write this one because Dennis has done such a great job on renovation of our driveway and walkway. I know little about paver driveway and walkway. I am very happy to hire Dennis. He completed the project with high quality, a top notch job! Dennis is a great communicator and responded our questions on a timely manner. Not only did his team consistently show up on time, but he was willing to reschedule the work to accommodate our schedule. The cost of the project is low. Final project turned out great! I highly recommend!

Greenview always provides excellent service

Tried contacting the provider for quote/estimate for hardscape work (retaining wall and edging), unfortunately never heard from the provider. About a week later, tried contacting the provider again using Angies List communication system, still no reply. Really bad communication.

My husband and I could not be more pleased. We selected Dennis after meeting with several other contractors. One contractor did not want to do prepare a design of proposed landscaping, he said it was in his head and to trust him. Another contractor did a beautiful presentation with landscaping design printed, but refused to provide a breakdown of materials and labor cost. When Dennis met with us, he was knowledgeable, very open to our questions and absolutely willing to be cost competitive and break down all costs. Further, Dennis is not only enthusiastic, but passionate about the quality and aesthetics of his work. There was no arrogance. We spent hours at a nursery selecting the types of plantings that would work. Dennis truly listened to my vision and made it a reality. There were no surprises. The above addressed landscaping. Now for the hardscaping. Again, Dennis met us at masonry supply center where we viewed the wide array of samples. And again, demonstrated patience and knowledge. The walkway was meticulously done and we love it. Finally, the crew was also wonderful. They were friendly and professional and never made me feel as though I was in their way. The clean up was meticulous as well. Everything Dennis said he would do, he delivered on. We can't say enough about Dennis and his crew. Use him--you will be happy you did.

My wife spoke with Dennis (the manager) and made an appointment for 1:30 pm yesterday (6/23/2014) to come to our home, go over some work she wanted to have done, and provide her with a quote. By 2pm Dennis had not (yet) arrived. At some point, someone (other than Dennis) called on his behalf to say that he would arrive to my home shortly. My wife patiently waited OVER FOUR HOURS when it became obvious that he wasn't going to show up at all. Needless to say, this is bad business! If you can't show up at an appointed time for an initial quote, how can anyone trust you with their actual business? In fact, he STILL hasn't called a day later to offer an apology or explanation. To that end, I would not recommend this business or this guy.

Dennis and Eric are wonderful to work with. Professional, courteous, and willing to give extra effort to make the customer happy with their homes. I have never loved the way my house looks as much as I do after Eric and his team worked their magic. Dennis even went beyond the call of duty when he grabbed his fiancand eacute; and came out over the winter to shovel my walk and driveway when I was sick with pneumonia. I would recommend this company to anyone who was looking to increase the value of their home with a gorgeous landscape!
