They got the job done in one day with no hidden costs. The crew worked fast, was courteous and explained everything up front. I would and will use their services again in the future.

From the estimate to the completed work, no complaints here. Mr. Diaz arrived on time for the estimate, Liliana worked around my schedule to get the work done. The crew arrived early, wearing masks, worked hard and quickly and did a great job cleaning up. Would not hesitate to hire this company again

They are pretty good. They are quick. They get it done quickly. They clean up, and do not leave any mess behind. I appreciate them. I do not have anything to compare price too. I have only had them. Sometimes I feel like the lawn is low or sun has dried it. I have to call and tell them not to cut it this Thursday. I feel as an landscaper and you taking care of someone lawn. If you see the lawn and does not need to be cut, or burnt. Then I think you doing the person a disservice by cutting it anyway. Its not healthy. I do not know if the landscaper does that, or the contract. Someone should look at it, and asked if the lawn is low, and does it need to be cut. Its damages it more by cutting it low. I still do use them, because I do not know anyone else to use. I still use them. Just the one issue with them pretty much.

Jimmy Diaz and his crew do amazing work! I have worked with him several times over the past 6 years for tree trimming, removal, stump grinding, paver patios and more. He's great to work with and I would Recommend Diaz Landscape & Design to anyone. Several friends and family members have hired him and were very hay as well. Have been using them for a while. Yamil has always been responsive and thorough. Their job is first rate and they come very well equipped with necessary machinery to do the job right. This 2 day job was completed with amazing results and was worth every penny.

Mr. Diaz arrived promptly for the estimate. We set a date ,The men showed up on time and did all the work, even returned to trimmy tall and short shrubs to make sure I was pleased which I was!! George is a consummate professional. I would use them again.

They are pretty good. They understand and give you a very good rate. They do the job well. They clean out very well.

First, the quality of the work performed was good, when they got there. My issues stemmed from lack of responsiveness and frequent, last minute cancellation of service that was scheduled for weeks. At one point, they cancelled and rescheduled an appointment 3 times before finally showing up, often not contacting me until well into the day of appointment. It's a shame because they appear to be good at what they do, but their project management and customer service was extremely poor. Wouldn't use them again.

They sent a crew of 6 men. All were friendly and courteous. Whatever I asked them to do, they did. They even let me take videos of the process to send to my grandchildren with my ipad. They were very careful with our and my neighbor's property. After they hauled the last giant piece of trunk away, they cleaned up very thoroughly. I have had other tree service companies in the past but this experience I would not hesitate to highly recommend Diaz Design and Tree Service to my neighbors and Angie's list. To top it all off, they very competitive with their pricing.

Diaz was very professional. The crew was great! They even protected our grass from the heavy equipment.

I contacted them a week ago and scheduled and appointment for an estimate on Monday 9/17/12. They called me on monday to confirm there appointment and showed up about 2 hours later. The estimate I received from them was Fantastic, I actually thought they gave me the wrong price. Another estimate from another company was 1000 dollars for one of the trees. Diaz gave me and estimate of 1150 for 3 trees. Including the one that I had the eariler estimate. It should be noted that one tree that was in the estimate for diaz was much much bigger then the one that was in the 1000 dollar quote. They said he would come on tuesday the next day to to the job. About an hour later Diaz called me and said they could come now if i wished. I said sure. They showed up about an hour and a half later. The took 2 very large oak trees down and a smaller oak tree that had my electric wires going through it. They also cut up the wood in to log size which I wanted to keep I was VERY VERY happy with this company and am going to use them next year for some other trees I want removed.

Diaz was used to prune branches from my beautiful oak tree. Any amateur knows that cleats should not be used to prune a tree. Cleats are used only if the tree is to be taken down. I asked for them to come back and tar or seal the horrific holes that their cleats dug into and all the way up my tree, but have yet to hear from them or see them. I will try again,then I will be forced to hire another company to right the wrongs this unprofessional company did to my tree.

Don't trust they'll ever show.

The crew of six arrived on time, and got right to work. Within three hours they had all the work done and the debris cleaned up. The "B" for responsiveness was given because I had to wait for a call back; but to be fair this was right after hurricane Irene and I knew they were extremely busy.

From start to finish the jobs all went smooth, Jimmy is great at communicating the schedule and what is needed. All of his staff were friendly and professional and left everything clean when they were done.
