+ -1 moreTHIS MAN IS AWESOME!!!!!! Last weekend he spent over 5 hours with me, my computer, and on the phone with apple trying to fix a Apple ID issue. He was not able to fix it at first, because I had left vital information at work. No complaints from Keith, even though he drives TWO hours to get here, and I didn't remember about the info we needed until the 4th hour. (Remember it was SATURDAY.) On Monday I called him with the info and he worked on my issue during the week. Today (Saturday again), he called me and worked on my computer remotely. PROBLEM SOLVED!!! Keith is kind, patient, can explain all things Mac (& computer stuff in general) to those who can't do more than click to open an email, and totally professional. If you need any help with an Apple product he should be your first and only call.
Description of Work: Keith upgraded my MacBook Pro, as well as my iPhone & iPad, got everything connected & synchronized (including connecting to my printer). He also extended the range of our Airport wireless network so we could have Wi-Fi in every corner of our home. Beyond that, Keith worked directly with Apple to resolve a major issue with my Apple ID & my iTunes accounts. He truly is... My Mac Guru! : D

+ -1 moreKeith is a fantastic teacher with a wonderful sense of humor. I truly enjoy my computer sessions with him. He is worth every penny! I highly recommend him!!! He was able to set up our Macs, backup, wireless and keeps everything purring along. Even better yet, he teaches us how everything works in every day plain English. My husband and I are so happy we found Keith!!!!! He is our Mac Guru!!!
Description of Work: Keith set up our Macs, backups, and built our wireless network, and AppleTV. We also use him for ongoing training, which is much more personalized than One-to-One training at the Apple Store.
