CJ Scotti company did a super job! All the workers were professional and friendly. They patiently explained what they thought should be done and answered my questions throughout the job. I recommended them to friends who were also pleased with their work.

They did a GREAT job cleaning the gutters!! They were soooo conscientious, thorough, and HONEST i.e., they had to chop old, frozen debris out of the gutters, which I couldn't see from the ground...they could've completely ignored the debris, and I would've never known, but they didn't...they did take before and after pics, and it was a lot of extra work for them, but they did it. I will be a long-standing customer!!!

C J Scotti responded quickly to giving me a very reasonable price to remove two layers of roofing and install a new Timberline roof. Roger was the site manager/main contact who made sure everything was completed at top notch performance. They have the most modern equipment when removing old roofing material where their machine meets workers at the roofs edge to collect old material so surrounding shrubbery around home is protected. I would definitely use again as they offer many different services which a homeowner most definitely would be needing. Thank you C J Scotti and Roger for a 50-year roof investment that looks great!

He wasted no time coming out to check out the problem with my roof, emailed me a couple of options and squeezed me in his schedule, worked overtime, to make sure it’s taken care of in a very timely manner. Our entire roof needed to be replaced. It was over 30 years old and was holding on to dear life. I had contacted several other contractors/roofers and I felt the prices were a little on the higher side. I contacted CJ Scotti and Ted Austin stopped by to do our estimate. Ted is an all around nice guy, who took the time to let us know what could be done to the roof. He suggested changing the mesh covers for the gutters as well. The estimate they provided was right in our budget. I felt they genuinely cared about providing us with the best service. Our roof was completed in two days and they cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. CJ or Ted were always available if we had any questions and thankfully our roof was complete just in time for all the snow, wind and rain that hit us in the last week. They also provided an estimate for painting or residing the house and I do plan to use them again in the future. Thanks again guys!

From start to finish CJ Scotti was a pleasure to work with. They were very flexible in regards to our scheduling and responsive whenever I contacted them. They came with a large crew, moved everything that had to be moved (by the house) and laid down tarps to catch debris. Sadly we had quite a few plywood panels that had to be replaced (the roof was over 50 years old), but they were prepared and took care of everything. The job took two days and they cleaned up after each day so there was little mess. They took care of all of the permitting, dumpster, etc, and came back after the job was done to make sure everything was cleaned up.

Wonderful!!! Not only did the sales rep show, he showed on time. The sales rep was great and willing to work with us and our individual needs. The workers were very professional, also showed up on time. They cleaned up beautifully and the roof is well done. I met with the owner, and again, showed up exactly on time and was quite pleasant. Everybody was more than happy to work with us at every step of the way. Should I have further needs that this company can fulfill, I will definitely call them again! I cannot recommend them enough!

Ted called me back promptly to set up an estimation appointment. He arrived within the allotted time slot & was very professional. He explained the problem with the roof, at length, and offered a couple of solutions. Currently, we are waiting for a few estimates from him to begin the job. I will follow up this review once the work is completed.

We have recently contracted to have to work done. Ted came to our house. He was on time extremely professional. Explained in detail the work, and how it would be done. I explained to him that I am a bottom line type of person. We have had many contractors come to our home for a variety of repairs. I look at these experiences as dealing with car dealers. They tell you what you want to hear to get the deal done. I didn't get that feeling after speaking with Ted. Our house was built approx. 1920's we take pride in our home, and it's appearance. We feel CJ Scotti will help us keep that integrity and pride. This review will be continued once work is completed. We are waiting for date for work to be done.

Ted called me back early next morning, and came two days later on time for an assessment. He then showed up the same day as promised with the new shingles and repaired the roof (completed in an hour and a half). He is an extremely nice guy, professional and friendly. He also patiently explained other problems he saw with the existing roof. He came back the following week and did a full assessment with all the problems and provided a free estimate for reinstalling the entire roof. If we decide to do the reinstallation, we will go with this company.

Excellent! Work was completed in a timely manner. Everything was cleaned up afterword.

Ted came by very promptly to give us an estimate. He said he would have done it that minute but he didn't have the hidden brackets to reattach the hanging gutter. No problem. We got other bids and they were all MUCH higher in part because they wanted to do more than I asked/needed. I appreciate Ted not estimating more than what was needed or asked for. Also, he's very nice and professional. Ted came on Christmas day and did an excellent job while we were out having family time. There was some question about how we wanted the down spout to end, either with the existing elbow that was leaky or some new pipe. He said that if we told him how we wanted it, he'd do it just as we asked. We called and told him. He gave us a window of when he'd return (reason for the slightly less than A rating--would give it an A- if I could.) But he did return and we talked more about another problem that he noticed when he was reattaching the gutter. I will definitely call them back for an estimate of that job. If they are the lowest bidder, they'll get it because they did a fine job.

Ted came to our house but didn't give the estimate because they don't do type of work which we wanted them to do.

They were terrific to work with. Very professional job (all of it), house looks refurbished. They will give you and the job all the attention necessary not only to get the job done properly, but the satisfy the needs of the homeowner. HIGHLY recommended.

In the beginning the estimator was a little slow getting back to me. But once we agreed on a price and color. I could have walked away. They took 3 full days to complete the job. They came to work about 10 mins before they said they would everyday. On day three they stayed until the work was completed. He also through in some little odds and ends for free. His men knew exactly what to do, They worked very safe and professional. If I had to say one thing, it was. On the last day when cleaning up, The guys where loud yelling and screaming and joking which is fine, but it was a little intimating to my neibors because , lets face it these guys where not kindergarten teachers. There tough talking construction guys. They had the right tools and equipment. No fooling around. They did a great job.

We had a leak coming through the light fixture in our upstairs bathroom. Dave at C.J. Scotti figured out immediately that the leak was due a previous roofing company installing a new roof but not replacing the flashing around the chimney. He gave me an estimate on the spot and I gave him the go-ahead and he did the work the same day. I called the company back for gutters with guards, and to fix the shed where some critter is living below it.

The gutters with guards were installed fairly quickly and Dave explained that since it's considered a capital improvement, there would be no tax--something I was not aware of and another provider might have easily not told me. They also cleaned up the lawns where they worked, and adjusted the downspouts as I asked after I looked everything over.

The work was done very well. The team is professional, punctual and courteous. Their pricing is very competitive and the quality of the materials looks good. Overall very good experience. Highly recommend them and use their services in future.
