These guys came out under their handyman service (which was formerly listed on Angi's but seems to have since been pulled down) to fix a leak and some water damage. The person showed up 6 hours late with no legitimate excuse. After doing the project, the guy claimed that it was more work than expected and demanded more money (and that I pay immediately), saying he had to pay his "team." There was one person who did the work. And the project was exactly within the scope one would have expected and should have been exactly what I asked be done. The work was sloppy and low quality, and the leak came back the next day. The guy initially said he'd come right away to fix it. Never returned. He has been unreachable since then. Sounds like a pattern... Even provided a fake number for a reception desk that turned out to be some spa in Manhattan.

This company has a "handy"man service that is beyond incompetent. It's unethical. A few weeks ago, I called to have a ceiling lamp repaired. The guy they sent over arrived very late, claiming some car breakdown problem. Then he made a mess of the lamp and couldn't fix it. To make it worth the service call I asked him to have a look at my jacuzzi's keypad which was also broken. He promptly removed the keypad without doing any investigation, before realizing he couldn't fix it. He then left with my keypad, claiming that he'd be back the next day with a replacement keypad. It's been a month now. I have reached out to the "handyman" and his manager many times, asking that he return the part he took from my apartment even if he cannot do the repair. But the guy never returned. I'm now having trouble hiring an actual technician who will need to see the old keypad.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I hired the owner of this company under his handyman business. He had two of his employees put up a TV for me. Three months later, the TV fell off the wall. They used plastic anchors instead of metal butterfly anchors (or attaching to studs). He texted and told me over the phone he would send me a check to cover the cost of a new TV. He then stopped replying to my texts and calls and it has been about a week, and I have not received a check. I paid by Venmo and sent a request for payment over Venmo, and they have ignored it. If they rectify this situation, I will update my review. - Also, they put up a chandelier and it was not secure and my super had reinstall it. $1800

Apart from a mixup in the scheduling, Blue Sky did a very thorough job cleaning my carpets. Most of them were old, but they were gone over more than once to be thoroughly cleaned. The carpets look fresher than they did before. The price was reasonable with a discount. I would use them again.

They did a really great job! We had a few stains on two of our three Persian rugs and they were able to take care of them! Great pricing compared to other companies we called. Will use them again in the future, highly recommended!

They were recommended to us by a friend. My mother-in-law had gifted us a beautiful oriental rug that needed serging. Blue Sky took care of the serging and we were able to also purchase a pad for our rug. We also had a sectional that needed to be cleaned. We have two dogs and a cat but they were able to take care of the odors. I definitely recommend them!

Blue Sky came to pick up our rugs right away. We had the fringes of our two oriental rugs repaired and cleaned. They gave great competitive pricing and returned our rugs prior to the promised date. We will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!
