Driveway was done fine over two years ago. He never did the ramp even though it was in the contract. I called repeatedly and he disappeared. Refuses to acknowledge the contract. Took the money and ran after only doing 1/2 the work. Total scumbag. Have been trying for years to get him to at least refund the money for the work he didn't do. If you are elderly or a minority he will try to take advantage of you. Terrible human being. Stay away.
Description of Work: Repaved driveway and was supposed install ramp near outdoor shed

Description of Work: Removed old asphalt driveway and installed a new one. Blacktop coming up. Joe Bellamy would not correct the problem and his wife Robin was unprofessional and downright belligerent.
