NEVER HIRE THEM! They were careless and reckless and added time on top charge extra! After going to the wrong home for an hour the move was a disaster! They ran almost 2 hours over before losing the key to my GF clock and the middle support for my kingsize bed. They put a foot long gash on my staircase wall while moving a dresser up which I had to repair and then used a wood magic market to "fix" the scratches on my dresser from the wall! They then sued me for the additional $1000 they charged me 2 days later because the move took longer because they were under-staffed and disorganized. Did I mention they went to the wrong home?? BTW, this was an in town 1 mile move!!!!

We recently used the services of All Jersey Moving & Storage, and I am happy to report that “5 stars” is an inadequate measure of the excellent service we received. Every aspect of the move was treated with the utmost professionalism and a most impressive customer service ethic by owner Mark Quinn. From my first phone conversation with Mark, I was confident that no part of the move would be overlooked. The paperwork was straightforward (thanks to Cheryl), the rates reasonable, and despite the fact that we had various dispositions of our household items, including moving, storage, and donation of a number of items to the Furniture Assist program, which Mark’s company graciously supports, on moving day everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. The movers (Nate, Manuel and Roy) were professional, polite and well–organized, and treated our belongings as if they were their own. I highly recommend All Jersey Moving & Storage and would definitely use their services again.

Very well. I did my own packing, but the 3 gentlemen wrapped and secured larger furniture and had the 16 ft truck packed in only a few hours. They showed up on time in OH within 48 hours and had the truck unpacked, furniture back together and secured in a few hours! The best decision was made going with this moving company! Mark is the owner and loaded up my husband's motorcycle on a separate trailer and we were confident that it would arrive in good shape. It was! I would recommend All Jersey Mover's to anyone moving locally or in another state.

Like some of the other people said: I'd give them a negative if I could. This is the worst experience we have had with moving company. We moved from one house to the other within the same development. Driving time would be 3 to 5 minutes. Since the distance is so short, we moved all the fragile stuff ourself before the moving day. We packed everything in boxes. No loosen objects so it would be easier and faster for the movers. They had 6-7 guys, one supervisor (?) came early that morning and it took them 5 to 6 hours to load all the stuff to the truck, which is fine even though it was a bit longer than what we expected, and what they estimated. The brand new $12,000+ wood flooring on the second floor of the house that we moved to was just done the day before we moved in. I told them to be more careful and not scratch the floor. All the movers that I've hired before would simply put a clothe/sheet all over the entire house even though the floor is old. Professional movers would try their best not to damage it. But these guys kept on dragging my furniture around instead of lifting them up. Kept on talking to each other, joking around, which is also fine if you're doing your job good. But they weren't, they wasted so much time fooling around. We paid extra for moving our baby grand piano. Now we have so many dents under the piano because they were not gentle moving and adjusting the placement. The whole moving procedure lasted until 9:30pm at night. We felt bad that the workers had to work so late so I and my mother-in-law both tipped them, twice for some workers! After they left, we found that our brand new tiger wood flooring was scratched badly, not one spot, not two but everywhere!!! Scratches are in almost every room. Our master bedroom is the worst. They are so visible and everywhere. One of the post for my $8,000+ king size bed was broken too!!! We were so upset BUT we understood that was accident so we didn't act or talk angry to them. We called Robert and told him about it. He said he would report to the company and let us know what the solution would be. Later I was given their insurance company number to file my claim. Again after we talked to the staff there, sent her all the pictures of the damaged floor and furniture. She replied she would proceed the claim and get back to us as soon as she could. Weeks pasted we heard nothing from them. Every time we called we were told to leave a message but this person just disappear from the world. When we demanded to talk to a manager or other staff, they would insist SHE should be the one which took care of our case. Months pasted and we almost forgot about it (that's probably what they wanted). They used every kind of excuse they could ever think of so they didn't have to pay. My husband was kinda giving up the idea to get the claim. I was all ****** off, it's NOT only about the money. This is just NOT right and totally unfair. I told All Jersey and the insurance company that if they don't finish the claim then I would just post all the pictures on Facebook and share my experience with everyone that I know. Quickly, we got a $500 check within that week. To be honest, the $500 means nothing compared to what we lost if you look at all the pictures. $500 can't even pay for the post of my king size bed. We can't put them on because we can't replace it. They are just sitting in our basement now. Not to mention our brand new floor. We can't restore it and have to live with it as long as we stay in this house. Poor moving service, poor follow-up customer service too. I believe some other people might have good experience with them. But i would never refer them to anyone i know.

It didn't go smoothly, but when I contacted the provider about my problems the owner worked hard to make everything right.

They were quick, on time, friendly and did a fantastic job of wrapping everything. They were able to finish my move in under the 5 1/2 hours that I had paid for. Nothing broke during the move and everything went exactly where I indicated they should go. They actually made the whole process fun, which as you know, fun and moving are never in the same sentence. To be honest, the moving was the smoothest part in this whole process of buying a home and moving in. And I owe that 100% to All Jersey Moving & Storage. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving and will definitely use them if I ever move again.

READ REVIEW AND PLEASE DON'T HIRE THEM. They are expensive, rude, and unprofessional. Just don't bother. I have moved many times in my life and this was the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. First, when I called them they said no company would help me move things into my pull down attic and I believed them. My neighbor said he would help me and when he couldn't come soon enough I called 3 other companies that said they would! When the movers got here, they had the worst attitude. They weren't polite, and everything I asked them to do seemed like a hassle (To be fair, one of the three was kind of nice) even though I wound up paying $250/hour. They were not helpful and didn't want to do anything I asked. They moved sloppily and never laid down anything to protect my floors, so they wound up SCRATCHING my hardwood floors without telling me. That topped off the worst moving day of my life when I found it. They left plastic wrap on some things, and wouldn't help me wrap other things. I was given the "you didn't mention that to the office" spiel a few times, even though I was hiring them by the hour and the office told me I didn't need to list every single thing I wanted them to do, they just wanted to estimate the time frame. One thing I asked them to do was move my jeep hard top onto my car. They said they didn't do that, and I had to tell them that is the main reason they were here and the office said it was ok. They came unprepared and didn't bring power tools and left me with the hardtop half out the garage so I couldn't close it, because they are just that SELFISH and INCONSIDERATE!!! And apparently it was my fault that they couldn't do it because my drill was out of battery and they tried to make me look like an idiot by telling me I was charging it wrong. I have had that drill for years and that is the way it was supposed to be charged, but the mover said it was wrong. Just more proof of their terrible attitude problems. (my neighbor and husband later undid the soft top by hand and helped me with the hardtop before it rained, so thanks for nothing All Jersey Moving. Oh and my drill is fully charged, because I know how to charge things surprise, surprise.) When all was finished I had 30 mins left of paid time, that's $125, and I asked them to help me move some small stuff around. You would think I asked them to do the worst thing in their life! They made me feel so bad about it with their crappy attitudes, that I let them leave 20 mins early. I did those things by myself because they didn't want to help a paying customer. I would rather pay more money to hire other people than to ask All Jersey Moving & Storage to help me move some things around even though I paid them to do it!!! I actually hired Jaco Movers to finish the job today, and I cannot tell you how wonderful that company was to me. They provided packing materials and were so nice and accommodating. Nothing was inconveniencing and they cost me way way less!!! Using Jaco Movers in the future and NEVER All Jersey!!!

The move went very well and we could not be happier! I believe this was a somewhat difficult more because we needed everything picked up on a Monday and not delivered to the new home until that Thursday. The sales person who visited our home to review and counsel us regarding the move was very helpful and very professional. Much of the advise he gave helped for a smooth move as well as provided the scope for the initial pricing. Having not made such a long distance move previously I didn't have a clear idea of what this should cost but at the end it did make sense to me. The actual move date could not have gone better, the 3 man crew showed up on time and worked quickly and professionally, especially in how they handled our furniture and possessions. The same held true with the delivery of our possessions as the exact same crew delivered on time and carefully brought everything into the new home with zero damaged possessions!!!

The moving team arrived withing 30 min window which was provided in the contract. There were all together 3 movers and one supervisor. After reviewing all the furniture and boxes, I was told to initial the starting time and final destination. They were very professional and extremely careful in moving large furniture. They even wrapped the king size mattress with plastic wrapper to prevent any stains during the move.The entire job was done in less then 2.5 hours, which was way under the estimated time. There were no hidden charges for covering materials. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone requiring moving assistance in the central/north jersey area.

A bit late arriving but it was not their fault due to highway traffic jams that morning. Once they arrived they surveyed the work to be done and promptly started. Even with a slow building elevator the team--headed by Pete--was professional and got the job done quickly in spite of the very hot temperatures outside. Upon arriving at the new location, they again surveyed the new office space and after making some minor furniture moves there to make room for the incoming furniture and boxes, they got right to work. The team was prifessional and friendly. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Everything went very well. Approx. 2 months prior to move date, Bob Stanton did an in house evaluation and an estimate. He was very personable and clearly experienced. During the time between estimate and move, I had questions and the inventory required adjusting. I contacted All Jersey. Their response was prompt, my questions answered and the modification to the contract quickly and efficiently handled. Speaking of speed and efficiency, these two attributes can also be ascribed to the movers. They loaded our items in NJ on June 16th and unloaded them in Delaware on the17th. On both days they arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). We were impressed with how fast they cleared each room and yet took the time to handle our items with care. Furniture was wrapped. For smaller items they had a system and worked well together. They asked questions when clarification was needed from me or my husband. They were very respectful and professional. We were so impressed that the first thing I did after all our items were unloaded was call the company and report how very pleased we were with the entire process and with the movers themselves. We had moved a few times before and expected that the move could not be accomplished without some glitches. To our surprise, the entire process went very smoothly. Moving is very stressful and those guys really diffused a great deal of the tension. We recommend this company without any reservation. If you have not moved recently, the cost will seem high. Actually, it is comparable to most reputable moving companies and the quality of service was well worth it.

They arrived on time, they were very professional and very nice. They helped make a very stressful situation stress free. They did great a job. I will be recommending to others.

I called to schedule my move about a month in advance. The people in the office were very nice and quickly gave me a quote which I found reasonable. I scheduled my move later that week. I called a couple days before the move to confirm and ask for a window of when the movers would arrive. Since I was moving out of a storage facility, I didn't want to have to wait there in my car for a long time. I was told they would arrive between 9:30 and 10am, but closer to 9:30. The morning of my move, the mover called at 9 and said he was already at storage. That was a littie annoying since it would take me 20 minutes to get there and the clock started at 9am, but at least they weren't late. The movers worked quickly and efficiently and had everything in my home in just under the amount of time quoted. Nothing was broken or damaged, and overall I was pleased with the experience.

I made a call to All Jersey for a move of items from my garage to a storage facility they responded quickly , took all the information and said he was sure they would be able to do this in 2 hours or less and they would call back with an estimate, They never called. This was a last minute move so I called and asked for the estimate , I was received by a man who stated they don't do small jobs & local moves for less than $500 ( when clearly I saw a review for $400) And went on to say they are licensed and insured "so if you want Pablo and Paco to move you and break your items you're welcomed to go with them" (his exact words). I was appalled by what I perceived to be RACIST remarks...However I found another licensed and insured company for $240 for 2 hours on Angie's list and was very pleased that they were able to do the move last minute as All Jersey left me in a bind at the last minute. Not to mention sickened and saddened that people with his mindset still exist.

This was a fabulous experience. I called on or about 4/8/2014. The call was immediately answered. I explained the day, contents and to and from locations. Gabriel called me back in an hour with the quote. The contracted was e-mailed. I signed and returned. The day before the move I was given a confirmation call. The 2 movers arrived exactly on time. Packed up the truck after shrink wrapping every piece of furniture. Arrived at the new location exactly when the said they would. Unpacked, put all the furniture back together and where it was suppose to go. Entire job done with a half hour to spare. The movers were friendly, polite, and professional. Use this company with no reservations. I would again.

We hoped for quicker and more professional movers. Our bed, dresser, and sofa were all either nicked or damaged. One of the men had a nice attitude, the other was not easy to deal with. I would not recommend this company.

Very professional company and on time for estimate to pick up of furniture and to delivery of my stuff. The move captain (Ryan) took care of everything and even called me to see if the patio furniture was going. He had my back! No damage to my furniture and job was completed under initial estimate. Five Stars ***** all the way. No additional charges for tape, packaging or blankets like others. Hire them and just watch the move go smooth. The initial estimate came in higher than other companies, but I hired them based on their Angie's List rating. I made the right call. Big Jose, Little Jose and Lamar/Kendrick arrived exactly on time and were professional, efficient and all around nice guys. This was my tenth (!) move in nearly 30 years, but first time hiring movers instead of doing it myself. "Sit back, relax, and let us do what we do. I'll move your stuff as if it were my own," Little Jose told me. They worked hard and fast yet did not drop a thing or scratch a wall. Furniture was shrink wrapped and boxes taped as needed. Little Jose made sure all items were properly counted and documented and was very patient with my numerous last minute changes, making note of each. When in doubt, they always asked questions to make sure they got everything (and only) what I wanted. They finished 90 minutes ahead of schedule, saving me over $100.00 off the estimate. We all shared a cold beverage afterward. I am moving again in about a year when I buy a new home. I will definitely hire them again and ask for this same crew.

There were three men for about 8 hours of work. I was not charged extra for anything additional -> Like Blankets, tape, etc like some other the others movers I have used in the past. I also had a lot more boxes than I had anticipated. The men were extremely professional and courteous. My items were treated with care and I did not experience the crash and banging that you hear with other movers. There was minor damage to a ceiling (low height going up the stairs) and a small scratch on one items but both were so minor we didn't even report it back to the company) We treated the men to a pizza lunch and they hardly even took a break except to say hello to our very curious 4 and 6 year old girls. A+ Service and Work!

It was excellent. I needed to move very quickly. I called them on a Friday, looking to move the next Mon - Wed, and Gabriel was able to accommodate me! He was wonderful to me, and even called me that Saturday with an estimate, even though he was not working that day. My relationship with my boyfriend was ending, and it was a very emotional, stressful time. I was honest with Gabriel and told him what the situation was, and he was so accomodating. He even called my boyfriend (who was going to be staying in the house) ahead of time to be sure he was 'on board' with the move, and that things would be peaceful. On moving day, the 3 movers (Big Jose, Little Jose, and Steve) showed up early and got right to work. They wrapped all upholstered furniture in clear plastic, as well as the wooden furniture. They were extremely efficient and careful with my possessions. During the move, Gabriel called me on my cell phone to see how everything was going. The 3 movers knew the background of my situation, and were like brothers to me, assuring me that this move would be smooth and that they would take care of my things. I can't recommend this moving company enough - they were extremely professional, punctual, and very friendly on top of it! Thank you!

The initial estimate was a very smooth process-- Gabriel kept in constant contact with me, and they were able to set up a date that was acceptable to both me and my wife. The day of the move, the moving team arrived punctually between 9-10am just as Gabriel said they wood, and immediately set to packing the house. I did not receive one piece of damaged furniture in the move, and the guys were a lot of fun-- working with good humor the whole time. The initial estimate was listed as a 9 hour job, but the moving team had it completed by 2pm-- less than 5 hours. They even moved a refrigerator in my new place from one room to another for me.

The crew was excellent, very professional. They were at my apartment on time and started their work immediately. All of my furniture, paintings and personal items were carefully wrapped in blankets and plastic and packed with much care, loaded on their truck and moved to their storage facility. They picked up after all was loaded and it was hard to imagine that a few hours earlier the apartment had been fully furnished. I would recomment them to everyone.

The crew, head up by Ryan, arrived right on schedule. There was a misunderstanding by the guys as they did not know it was a pack service, too. That did not deter them nor did they complain. Immediately, the sprung into action. The estimate was for 6 1/2 hours total. In under 3 hours, the crew had the place packed and loaded onto the truck. When we arrived at the new place, there was a problem because the apartment complex was about to do a sealcoat on the parking lot outside of my building. We looked at alternative ways to get the stuff off the truck and to the building but there was nothing that made any sense. One of the guys spoke with the maintenance folks and was able to get them to give us 1 hour to get the stuff off the truck. So, they moved the truck to the building and didn't stop to even breathe until everything was safely off the truck and in my third floor (no elevator) apartment. The office called to apologize for the earlier misunderstanding. The office manager was out the day before and that's how the mistake happened. The total time of the move was about 2 hours shorter than the estimate. The company reduced the final cost. Now THAT'S customer service!!
