It was very good. they were here on time, vey professional and they did a very good job. I felt it was worth it.

Save yourself the hassle of calling a bunch of plumbers including Rotar Rooter who is willing to come out and give an estimate for free, but then tells you a base price but if they run into a problem it will cost more and then they start showing the possible problems You know it's going to be extra. Joe came from AWWS and did the job for the price quoted and actually went into the crawl space and worked until the line was totally cleared. He was professional, clean and very competent. Highly recommend.

I will use A.W.W.S. again in the future, and highly recommend them.

The primary plumber that as producing the primary bid was reasonable, so I didn't need to use Affordable Waste Solutions. However, I would call Chris again for any drain and sewer work as his pricing was reasonable and he seemed to be very knowledgeable and professional.

I am a contractor in the area and always referred a certain sewer guy to everyone I know and all my customers.I realize many contractors rip people off and tell them they have to take their whole driveway up and install a new drain so I would recomend someone honest. Well it finally happened to me where my toilets were backing up and my guy never called me back to my surprise. So anyway I was stuck and joined Angies list in final desperation and found a company called "Affordable Waste Water Solutions",who had an A rating. I sent Chris(the owner)a text message and he promply got back to me and made an appointment to come over and check out the problem. Chris was down to earth, professional and an honest guy. Turns out the problem is the town's not mine, he was in the middle of the street with his device that found the problem at the end of his camera. I know, good luck with the town but the towns pipe is submerged under water and tipped the wrong way so I will give it a shot but I can not say Chris did not give me unbeleivable evidence to fight them with. All around great experience, just hire him, he will tell you the truth and give you the best service available.

20 years ago we had to have an ejector pump to replace our working septic tank by order of the township inspector. The unit was placed in our basement next to our washing machine and dryer. It had 2 pumps and floats that set off alarms if the water level rose too high to alert us to empty the pumps manually. After Hurricane Sandy one pump stopped working and the alarms were not going off at all. The pump continued to overflow and we wouldn't know until we went downstairs. So we had to be vigilant with going down to empty the pump manually after every shower, after every time we ran the dishwasher and with 4 people living in the house we had to go down through out the night after so many bathroom uses too. This got old real fast! I called numerous plumbers but I knew when I talked to them most of them didn't even have a clue as to system set up in the basement. I even called the original plumber who installed the unit 20 years ago. He was very honest with us and told us he could not service it. He would be able to replace the whole unit - but did not know enough about them to service when needed. I not only wanted someone to replace the unit but also who could service it if and when anything went wrong. It didn't make sense to me to hire someone who could install but didn't know it well enough to service. Using Angie's List I found Affordable Waste Water Solutions and what attracted me to the ad were the words used to describe their area of expertise - sewer, pumps, sump pumps, grinder pumps so I called, left a message and was called back the same day. Chris the owner of the company is the one who called and within a few minutes of talking to him I knew he would be the one I was going to hire because after telling him just a few details he was actually able to describe in full what I had in my basement. There was no question in my mind he knew what he was talking about when other companies really had no clue. It took me MONTHS to find someone who knew about ejector pumps. Chris came out, took the unit apart and gave us three ways we could go about fixing it. He said he would look up some initial pricing and then based on those we could decide if we wanted to replace what we had in the basement, replace what we had but move it outside, or put in a premium unit outside. It took me months to save up for the repair so we decided to just replace the unit in the basement. Chris pointed out ways to make the unit better by ordering a custom made fiberglass top and using stainless steel for the pumps - previous materials were cast iron and steel and completely rusted and caused the pumps to completely break apart inside the tub. He also re-arranged the plumbing and installed better check valves. The whole process from the first visit until the day of installation took a few weeks but Chris kept in constant touch with me via text which I approved of from the first day. When I had questions we would talk on the phone so he could explain everything and when the contract was completed he emailed it to me and I found the whole process easy and convenient. Once all the parts were in he contacted me and they were here the following day for installation. Both my husband and I were very pleased with this company. I will use them again and would highly recommend them to my friends!

Toilet was making funny noise when it was flushed. Maker said it was probably due to blockage. Contacted Chris. His arrival was very timely as and quot;some stuffand quot; started to come up into the shower pan. He checked all the items connected to the drain, and then cleared the blockage. He went into the crawlspace to check the area under the bathroom and laundry room. All the items were tested and were all OK. Chris gave me report of what was done and about what he observed in the crawlspace..

The service was fabulous and the owner was a gentleman. I would recommend his service to all in need.

Their price was reasonable. The quality of their work was very good.
