If I could give an F minus, I would. Cut-rate job done quickly and without care. Used them only because they were provided by home warranty company. Ended up spending almost $10,000 out of pocket after the fact. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

When we made our first appointment with Plumb-tech, they gave us a two hour window for when someone would come, but they never came. We rescheduled for a new two hour window, and someone finally came at the two hour mark. He looked at it, but needed to come back to actually fix the problem. We scheduled a new appointment with a two hour window, and they never came. We re-scheduled and again, they never came. Finally I spoke with a Manager and expressed how disappointed I was. He swore to me they would come as the first appointment of the day, during a one hour window this time, and again, they never came. I can't believe this company is still in business operating this way. If you are home all day, maybe they'll do good work for you. In my experience, this company is completely unreliable, and I HIGHLY recommend you use another company for your plumbing issues like I am now doing.

I live in a condo with forced air and noticed the insulation in the plenum was moldy and needed replacement. I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with these idiots through American Home Shield (Drop them if you have them). The first time I had a service appointment the guy never showed; I even left work early to be there. The finally called the next day and said they were not coming; thanks for the call morons. I reluctantly rescheduled and the technician (I think High School dropout is more appropriate) that showed up was clueless. He didn?t know why he was there; he didn?t bring any tools and looked like he just got home from school. I was not home at the time so my girlfriend had him call me. I explained to him what the problem was and long story short he looked into the plenum and said it needed to be replace and someone would call; Of course I never received a call and now I?m out $95.00 (AHS service fee) and still have moldy insulation. Steer clear of these morons and get somebody who knows what they are doing like Air Group
