Description of Work: Mr. Wyatt responded quickly to my phone inquir came a few days later as scheduled and on time and walked through our detailed job. We explaine and it was obvious, that the job was to be completed by Christmas including drywall repair, and he understood that it was a time sensitive job as it was already December 1st. Several days later I emailed him for his estimate and committment to dates and he promised to send it within a day or so. Several days later I again chased him for the estimate and gave him a deadline for submitting it, whcih was a week after our initial onsultation. He missed this deadline and his estimate came in almost double what the contractor I used ultimately did the job for, his average daily rate of $2000 was silly. Mr. Wyatt, if you do not want a job please do not waste your potential client's time, I lost over a week and it almost pushed the work into the new year which would have delayed other parts of the project. I have no idea what the ultimate quality of his work would have been, but his business practices from my experience were unprofessional. The contractor we used in the end gave us a quote on site followed by a written quote via email later that day, showed up on time, coordinated directly with our drywall guy, and finished on time and exactly as quoted. His work was excellent and his price was fair and rational. His name is Doug Johanssen.
