I would give them half a star. He lied to us. He sold us shower enclosures equaling over $5500. We were supposed to get a product called ShowerGuard. He charged us for this product but did not give it to us--he lied. Now our new glass is getting hard water stains and that product is supposed to prevent that. When we asked for the warranty he stopped talking to us and we cannot submit a claim as he didn't give us the product. It cost about $1000 of the total price-such a rip-off. We will be taking him to small claims court.
