Royal Dinette

My wife & I were extremely satisfied with Richard's professionalism in repairing the frame on my son's bed. He was also very courteous & clean with his work. We are definitely calling Richard to reupholster the 6 chairs in our dining room. In addition, he is reasonable with his price. I was a pleasure to deal with Richard.

Rich is very pleasant and professional and his work is exceptional. My old chair looks brand new, and the project was done in less time than I expected. He also gave me guidance (much needed) on places to purchase reasonably priced fabrics. My chair was picked up and delivered by Rich himself. The service is excellent and I will be recommending Royal Dinettes to my friends and neighbors.

Rich is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I was homebound and could not get to his store so he came to my home to assess our needs for a new kitchen table and chairs. He built a new table and reupholstered our old chairs. They all look great. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Very happy with the upholstery job that was done, would recommend Rich and his employees any time you need work done.also having a chair re-upholstered and know that I will be just as happy with the results.

I had 2 heirloom chairs repaired by Royal that I thought were ready for the fireplace. They did a great job; much better than anticipated! Rich Friedman was so easy and amazing to deal with. And, extremely skilled. I cannot say enough good things about him. I would recommend him completely and without even the smallest reservation. He is excellent, and I would definitely call on him again and again.

All 5's as you can see. Quality customer Service and repair! Finally, someone who does what he says he will do. Very efficient operation,communication excellent, cost fair. Note: We had a Lane Recliner. Couldn't get the parts anywhere. Rich got the job done with a 3 business day turnaround. He picked up the furniture and returned it, attaching it to original frame. Looks like new. DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR FURNITURE WITHOUT SPEAKING TO RICH FIRST. Compared to the option of buying a new recliner, we appreciated enormous savings. Repair, refinish,weathrproof for outdoor covered porch of 18th Century Church Pew was superb, reasonable and completed in a timely manner. Providing a seven foot, long custom-made cushion for the pew with a pre-selected covering material likewise. Would recommend Royal crew to anyone. They are already on my permanent list of suppliers.
