The workmanship was beyond belief! This is a Victorian settee with inlay and fine woodwork, elegant. I cannot see where he repaired it, truly a wonderful and expert job. Rich is most pleasant, timely, and a reasonable price for this fine work. I highly recommend him!

Expert service. Rich is very easy to work with. I am more than pleased with the change of my cedar chest from dark wood to an ivory distressed finish. Rich was very attentive as I was searching for an upholsterer - answered phone calls and emails promptly as I had questions and photos. He restored my chair to a new life. My family was over on Fathers Day and had seen the "before" chair the previous month. They were amazed.

Great people to deal with. My coffee table and end tables look like new. They are 30 yrs. old and my dog had bitten on the coffee table now you would never know it happened. Would use them again. Very nice people.

Excellant service and quality of work. I brought 8 dinette chairs to Royal that needed to be reupholstered. They were bought by my mother over 25 years ago. The seats were stained but the chair was in excellant condition. The work was done in less than a week which was quite surprising. I plan on going back with other furniture repairs and reupholstery.

Rich & Team were wonderful! I found it difficult to find someone who could do both furniture repair / refinishing and upholstery on the same piece for a reasonable price on a 100+ year old rocking chair. Not only was the price reasonable, but the appreciation for the piece itself was what sold me on using Rich & Team. The outcome was wonderful!!! The piece has been updated for modern times while still retaining it's antique integrity. They even finished the project in time for Christmas, which at the time, was something other contractors said they couldn't do. I was very impressed with the team, and would highly recommend them for any job!

We had waited for years literally to find someone to reupholster our kitchen chairs. The only person we found was a little pricey and could not redo the bottom of the chairs. This was of great importance because we just had new hardwood floors put in. But one call and an e-mail later we had our guy! Not only were these chairs redone to perfection, but it took less than two weeks. And we got all four chairs done for the price of two, if we went with the other company. We Love Royal Dinette. Rich is getting our twelve dining room chairs after the holidays!!!
