Rich reached out and let me know his hours so I could get to his shop at my convenience. When I dropped my hall seat off he gave me a written estimate and said the repair would take a week and he'd call. Three days later he called and said the repair was done and at a lower price than estimated (not as much work). When I picked it up he helped carry to my car and we are now enjoying having it back and it being functional. Highly recommend.

Rich refurbished our 38 year old teak chairs. They look like new. Given the difficulty and expense of finding and replacing teak chairs, we are thrilled. New life has been given to our dining room set.

I absolutely highly recommend Royal Dinette. We needed a cushion for a bay window we just had built. I put together a template made of copy paper - 98 inches across by 28 inches deep. A trapezoid. We shopped around and got prices ranging from $750 to over $1500, also 6 to 8 weeks. We walked in and met with them and brought the template. 3 weeks later we had the perfect cushion for about $550. The workmanship is beautiful. We are recommending to our friends. I don't think I can give a better review.

Rich worked with me long distance on a loveseat leg repair in my elderly mother's home in NJ. He came to her house to assess, picked up on a Monday and returned on Wednesday, a proper job at a fair price. He kept in touch by phone, took a credit card, and left Mom feeling respected and happy. Would refer, recommend--and reuse.

Awesome experience and work. Rich called right away (surprize!), asked for a photo and sent me an estimate for refinishing and minor repairs on 6 wooden chairs (loose spindles, split under-seat supports) and solid butcher block trestle table. It's very good quality Danish furniture that was used daily for 42 years, so the finish was worn in places. Rich came to pick up on time and returned on time as well. Got no other quotes, and it seemed a bit pricey to me, but based on the fabulous reviews, I figured it would be worth it. Good call - the furniture looks like new!!! Rich told me how to keep it looking new - easy. We couldn't be happier!

Surprised at the quick call back, doesn't happen too often anymore. Spoke with Rich, he asked for details and a picture of my cedar chest. We arranged a pick up date. My cedar chest was in poor condition, it was purchased in 1992/3, and has a lot of sentimental value. He picked it up on 4/13, said it would take a couple of weeks, but to my surprise, he returned it on 4/26. I was so surprised how beautiful it was, like brand new. There are not too many businesses like this around anymore. He has been doing this a long time, and you can tell by just talking to him. Thanks Rich for making me so Happy

Great service, excellent quality work. They repaired a older Queen Anne chair, whose springs had collapsed and caused a slight rip in the cushion. They repaired the chair and the cushion in one day !!! Reasonable competitive price included pickup and delivery.

I got a new granite kitchen counter and backsplash recently. While doing that, I thought I might as well get the kitchen painted ... and change the lighting - and the range hood. I had the floors redone a year ago ... but there sat my kitchen chairs - purchased more than 35 years ago - and I still loved them, though chair pads hid worn and torn vinyl. I looked at new chairs, but none did it for me. Mine are big comfy chairs that I and guests could easily sit in for a couple of hours as we discussed the state of the world. Enter Home Advisor - enter Royal Dinettes - and Richie. Is it possible to get my chairs re-covered? How much would that cost? ... Yes, not only covered but fully reupholstered, and it would cost significantly less than new chairs! I picked out naugahyde I liked from an array of catalogues, Richie ordered it, picked up my chairs - and ten days later - he delivered what looked to be brandy new chairs, except they were my old chairs reincarnated. As you can tell I am thoroughly satisfied, and highly recommend Richie and Royal Dinettes ~

One of a row of three home theater chairs had a broken spring causing the seat to sink down in the middle while two other home theater chairs had loose bolts. Rich came to see the repair job on day one, fixed the loose bolts on day two and took for repair the chair with broken springs on day two. To my surprise, the chair was fixed and delivered to my home on day three all at a reasonable price. Rich and his assistant were very friendly and professional. It was a pleasure working with Rich.
