Majestic Collators

On or about February 3, 2025 I contacted Angi List looking for someone who could clean and seal my ceramic kitchen flooring and they sent me the names of two contractors (Valles Service and Majestic Contractors). I called Valles Service, Ph: 571-395-7755, and on February 4, 2025 and the gentleman said he would come out to my house that afternoon around 3 pm. Later that day he called and said he was finishing up on a remodeling contract and would be late in coming out and I agreed for him to arrive at a later time that day. At approximately 4 pm he arrived at my home (I have a copy of his photograph on my security system camera) and came in and advise me that he would clean and seal my ceramic floor and grout for $550. He advised me that he would could do the job on Wednesday, February the 5th, but had to check his schedule and would let me know what time he could come and start the job. I gave him a check, in good faith, for the $550 (I have a copy of the check where he cashed it). Later that night I received an email saying he would be out to do the job on Wednesday, February 5t,, between 9 am 9:30 am. I responded back to him and advised him that the time he wanted to come out I would not be available. Later that night I received an email from Angi (noreply@servicerequest.angi.com) which stated, This email was sent to you from Majestic Collators via Angi) Hi Geri if you are not available for me to come on Wednesday between 9:00to 9:30 a.m. to clean and seal your grout and tiles on kitchen floor we will need to reschedule but Thursday doesn t work for me I will let you know tomorrow when I can come. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL BACK FROM MAJESTIC COLLATORS.

never finished the job, got me for 5000 dollars, destroyed the bathroom, caused a water leak on the second floor, had to get someone to repair my ceiling, mess up the carpet and Funiture, my fault, i should have seen what this guy was up to ...now I am having a hard time to find someone who can finish the job ....I got screwed, just hoping it will not happen to somebody else ...
