Hiring JR by far was the best decision I have ever made in my home remodeling. Not only did JR remodel my basement, but they also took the time to find the best price that would fit my budget. My upgrades were not simple. From leveling the cement floor to removing the outdated pipes. Every detail was met with care and professionalism. Juan and his team were really professional! Whoever the previous homeowner got to install the windows did it incorrectly - they did not fully remove the old frames installing on top of it and they also did not seal it properly causing slight water damage. Juan went above and beyond to remediate the issues and made sure the damages were cleaned and sealed up. The windows kept the house warm all winter with no issues! Juan was really responsive and was transparent throughout the whole process. The team paid attention to details and the capping was done beautifully. I highly recommend them!
