Did not like the way I was talked to by the owner; Edward, you know what I'm saying?

Edward is very personable and explained the installation to my understanding. He made suggestions to improve the balance in the entire house and made time for all my questions. The crew cleaned up each evening before leaving and restored all the closets to their original or improved condition. The outcome was excellent, the system worked better than I imagined and I highly recommend them for installation and service.

At first I was nervous about installing a central air system in an older home, Ed did a great job of making me feel comfortable that everything was going to be alright. In addition, given my service background, I like working with companies that work in a professional customer first way. Quick, professional and customer first are the things I think of when describing my experience. Plus the pricing was very competitive.

Project: Central Air Conditioning Unit and Furnace Replacement Installation I hired Eddie to replace my central air conditioning unit after my A/C went out at the peak of the heatwave at the end of July. I was convinced I wanted Eddie for the job, because of his air of friendliness and honesty as well as expertise. He was eager to make a visit the same day I called him to give me a quote, which impressed me. I did not have to wait. Once here, he assessed the replacement of my central A/C unit and also combined it in with a quote to replace the furnace as well (which I asked about since it was the same age). I found the quote very reasonable, especially after having done my own research to look up and compare the costs of equipment and potential labor rates. In addition, Eddie gave general tips on how blocking certain return vents can increase the efficiency of home cooling. I was finally convinced I wanted Eddie for the job when I asked him about upgrading my AC unit to a 4 ton (because I had seen it on a quotation from another vendor). I figured, why not upgrade everything if I am getting an entirely new system put in and go from a 3 ton to 4-ton unit? He instantly advised against it and told me why the larger 4-ton unit would potentially cause damage down the line to the vents due to moisture because it would be too large for the square footage of my home. When I researched again, I saw that he was right. That let me know with confidence that he is honest and knowledgeable and would not push or try to sell anything I did not need. I called him back and hired him for the job at that point. He arrived on time as he said he would and finished all work in a timely fashion. By the afternoon of August 11th, my house was cooling back below 83F for the first time in two weeks. I am very happy with the work and will recommend Eddie to anyone I know needing any work done with their heating or air conditioning.

Eddie was great, the communication was excellent, service was excellent and the accuracy of what was offer and the finished product was right on the money. He gave me a very competitive price. He is great at costumer service and following up after the work is done. I like the fact that is his business and is very proud about it. His son is a machine when it comes to installation. I would recommend Edward Fredericks service to any of my family members.

Ed Fredericks was a great Contractor. He met with me to review the project. He worked with me on a fair price. He showed up on time. He spoke with me daily to keep me informed on the progress of the work. The finished project was better than expected. Would definitely use again for air conditioning installation projects.
