Description of Work: We suspected we had a raccoon living in the attic of our house, and had a handyman patch up a hole in the roofline that looked like the entrance. A few days later, the repaired hole was completely chewed open to an even bigger size, so we called First Class for help. Brian came out and inspected the attic and saw evidence of recent racoon activity. Over the next few days he set traps both inside and outside, and repaired the hole in the roofline and also the attic fan vent. The raccoon was never caught, but also had no way to get back in the attic. We also had Brian do the messy job of cleaning out the attic of shredded insulation, boxes, blankets, and literally pounds of racoon feces. He left everything clean and sanitized. It was a pleasure to work with Brian. He was professional, friendly, punctual, hard-working and his prices were fair. I would recommend First Class to anyone.
