Mr Mayolo Cruz came out to inspect what I needed done on August 10, 2024. Never heard back from him so I reached out on September 10, 2024. He gave me a price. I asked to schedule the job. I texted him on 9/13/24 asking what's happening with the services, and then again on 9/20/24. Still no response. I called and spoke with him and was told he will let me know when he can come out the following week. Still waiting to hear from him. I sent another text on 9/30/24. Never heard back!! If the schedule is too full or je doesn't want to do the job, it would be awesome if that is communicated.

Lousy work! part of the job was to fix trees which feel during last winter. TWICE, they were asked to fix the work, the first time the rope was not strong enough so it fell (!!), then 3 trees fell together, and despite multiple outreachs, no one came so had to fix myself. Even picking the day to do the work shows rushing and careless mindset! they picked a rainy day, showed up, and rushed to finish as it was pouring. The hedging work was poorly performed, a large amount of old mulch was dumped in the backyard, and they claimed it was not them! Finally, reached out to the owner a few times and never showed back once. Definitely not recommending

They started the job since last August and my job still cannot be completed. My job was put on hold because their licence was expired since 2016 and I unable to obtain a building permit for my garage. Would not recommend to any homeowner for any kind of jobs. Homeowners be aware of this company. Everytime I call Mayolo l keeping getting a whole lot of promises.
