A job well done. Made my fence and deck look like new again. Everything was completed just like I asked. Pinnacle does a great job for a fair price. I will use them again in the future.

We were SO pleased with the work James did. James is a rare commodity in the world of contractors. Not only does he deliver every item on the punch list as promised, on time, and well done but you're left with the impression that he's put in an extra effort into everything. For example, our shutters and trim date back to 1915, the year that the house was built. They've been painted and repainted so many times that in some areas, they're a mass of cracks. While they're not going to be perfect until we hire someone to strip and refinish them, with a combination of sanding and putty James found a way to leave them looking smooth and almost-new again. And we were so happy with the pressure washing, one of his specialties. He did a great job. We had some difficulty finding someone willing to power wash old asbestos tile ("oh, they're all going to blow off," "can't be done," etc.) but when James and I spoke, right off, he knew what to do. "What you need," he said, "is a 'soft' wash, with gentle detergent." That's what he did, and now our old, dingy white asbestos tiles are gleaming and -- still there! (Isn't it strange that other power washing specialists didn't know this?) The fences look wonderful, his trim work is lovely, and while replacing roof tile is not one of his normal services, he and his assistant got on an extra high ladder and replaced the roof tiles that had blown away. James is wonderful to work and speak with: calm, polite, and well-spoken. He's grounded, ethical, punctual and efficient. It was a pleasure doing business with him. So if he'available to do your job, grab him -- he's a one-in-a-million find.
