Hello [removed member name], First and foremost, I am very sorry to hear that you were not happy with Jan Fence – as customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. With that being said, I would like to clear a few things up because our good name is everything to us. We ask that the person with the knowledge of the property (i.e. property lines) is home during the first hour of installation to ensure that issues such as your do not arise. Unfortunately, you were not home on the morning of the installation and the person that was home was unable to answer these questions, but insisted that we proceed with the installation regardless. When your salesman came back to correct the issue (at cost, with no profit to be earned by our company), our salesman and yourself shook hands and everything seemed amicable. Fast forward to over a year later, we are receiving an unwarranted negative review. Again, it saddens me that you were not happy with our services, but we truly did everything we were supposed to do and we genuinely tried to correct a mistake that, in all honesty, wasn't entirely our mistake to begin with. We hope you enjoy the fence that we installed (twice), as we stand by our quality and customer service.
