Description of Work: Estimater came out and was recognized as giving an estimate 2 yrs. ago at a different location. Same attitude. Can't do this, can't do that. We would have to do some heavy work before the fence could be done, and then the price seemed too high. They might be good if you have a level, straight yard with soft dirt. The phrase "prima donna" comes to mind, again.
