 + -1 moreThe custon-manufactured home was delivered and looked beautiful. They put it together and closed up all the walls. We paid up front for a plumber that brought a furnace for us. He never got paid and stopped coming out to the house. From the very beginning, the concrete people were never paid for the services that we paid for. We have cancelled checks from this man for all the services that we were supposed to have done. This man was dishonest and used the money for his own cash-flow. He then stopped coming out to the house.
Description of Work: We had a custom-manufactured home delivered to our address and we paid the contractor to have all the on-site work done. All these services were paid for up-front. The contractor is named Mike Kooger.
