Window Nation came out and gave presentation and a quote with the great price if we "signed now" so we ended ordering windows from them after 5 to 6 weeks later we called to follow up and were told it was only a week or so after change or went in its' going to be a couple more weeks Due to covid things were backed up and we understood. order was placed in September and finally in February they came out to install the windows. After the crew measured every window in our house the "wrecking" crew started and removed ALL our windows and started capping frames. a little over an hour in to the install the crew leader came and said we had a little problem. None of the windows were the correct size. My wife and I are standing in our dining room that is now 41 Degrees while my kids are in virtual school with jackets on! It only gets worse from here. They said the bow window was the correct size so the were going to install it. they completed the installation of the bow window and "glued" old windows in place and told us they would put a rush order in for the correct windows. What could we do, at this point WE NEED WINDOWS. we were told it would be 3 to 4 weeks until they came in. Now they are holding up a roofing and siding job that has a financial deadline. The morning after this nightmare began we woke to find that the new bow window that they replaced is leaking and water is everywhere. Beautiful oak framed window is water stained and ruined. we called Window Nation and they sent out the installer who told us "all bow windows leak". Wrong answer! windows finally came in and were installed after the capping had to be redone correctly, and a screen was ripped, minor detail but still no word as to when the bow window would be replaced. We are now heading into May 8 months since the original order and we still don't have the window replaced! How would you rate this company? attached are some pictures of the bow window. Window Nation did a very good job installing our sliding glass doors in the back of our home. We had approximately 16+ feet of glass doors and windows replaced + our laundry room window replaced that was leaking. Window Nation did a really good job and were very professional and also did a great clean up after they were done. The windows & doors are beautiful and would highly recommend. Their staff including Carole were very responsive to our needs.

And I'd also like to commend Joe Weldon, installation manager, who helped us time our install date perfectly. Well done, team!

Its been 14 weeks. No windows. No responses to inquiries for status of installation. No explanation for delay. No apologies for inconvenience and stress.

The team was fast and efficient, they left the work area as they found it! And even consulted me before completing the job for my opinion. I would highly recommend Window Nation!!!

It went very well. Ryan Bird was great to deal with during the virtual meeting all the way to asking us how our installation went. The installers did a great job.

Can’t say enough good things about this company and their staff! We have the best salesman, Ryan Bird, we’ve been dealing with him for over two years now! He is awesome, we haven’t been able to replace our windows all at once so we’ve been doing it in stages and every time we reach out, Ryan sets us right up! No wait no hassle! He lets us know about any updates and or delays and always reaches out when they have specials going on so we are able to take advantage. The install crew is great! Very friendly and clean and always do a great job! This is the last batch of windows for us! We will be using them again for our door/slider replacements in the future.

I’m currently in the process of finalizing my windows and door purchase through them. Ryan has been a tremendous help. I’m very indecisive and he was so patient. I think he’s sent me several change orders. If everyone in the company is like Ryan then I know I’m going to have an absolute wonderful time when they come to install my windows and doors. I cant say enough good things about him. He even reached out to me on his days/time off. Window Nation better keep doing him right since he is a wonderful asset to the company. I’ll follow up post once I have the windows installed but so far it’s been an amazing time.

The first time they were suppose to show up did not never bothered to call to say they were not coming. Never finished the job missing weather stripping on windows still. Then demaned rest of money. On top of this caught installer smoking Mirjana in my garage do not hire these people.

Fantastic Job! I love my new windows and wonder why I didn't do it sooner. The installation team was very professional and completed my entire house replacement in one day!!! Our old single pane wood windows (circa 1960) were deteriorating, some painted shut, and some that would not stay open. Window Nation did very clean work inside and out. Particularly happy with how nice the capping looks on the outside of the house. As far as I could tell all the appropriate precautions were taken given the possibility of old lead paint layers on the windows. There was a slight defect with one window that was identified by the installers before we even walked through their work at the end of the day. They had already filled out the necessary paperwork to get the issue addressed and had it ready for me to sign. I recognize that no project can be "perfect," and have had problems in the past with other contractors making good on similar issues, so I really appreciated that.
