Top-notch company. Installed 11 very old standard sized windows and 2 oversized bow windows at good, reasonable prices. Sales contact Karl was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain different options / designs and price points (and followed up throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly). Installers were efficient, clean, and did some really great work. Definitely would use again and recommend to others

They won't call me. They said that they called 5 times but they didn't call once. I've been contacting them through Angie's list which is fine , but nobody calls to set up an appointment to get this job done. I finally gave up and called them directly today and they said that someone would call me today to set up an appointment. Guess what?? Nobody called again. It's been a full week. They have lost my trust.

He gave me a lot of coupons to use. If I have windows sure.

It was about a month from when we signed with Windows Nation until our FIRST scheduled install date. Corporate called the afternoon (around 4:00) before to confirm. The morning of, 30 minutes before the scheduled time they were supposed to be here, the install guy called and cancelled because of the weather forecast. Pretty sure there are ways to find out the forecast prior to the morning of, especially after myself and my husband switched our work schedules around to accommodate the install date. They rescheduled for a that coming Sunday morning. Sunday morning comes and they show up earlier than expected. They got to work right away, but didn't say anything to my husband or myself, appeared annoyed and miserable to be there. Didn't introduce themselves or give us any paperwork or business cards to identify them. Toward the end of the install, one of the guys showed us that one of the glasses of the sliding glass door was marked up. New doors and they are already messed us. They cleaned up and packed their truck and left. Didn't walk through all the final products once installed and show us how to pull them down and out for cleaning. Half of them, the top window, wasn't closed all the way. My husband and I were checking everything out and found a defect in the sliding glass door. The luck on the door didn't budge. It finally clicked and is still stuck. CAN'T OPEN THE SLIDING DOOR. We discovered this 10 minutes after we realized they left (never said bye or thank you or anything). The window in the kitchen is also messed up. The top window keeps sliding down, the locks are tough and when they do move, they don't actually locked anything. Called the cell phone of one of the installers immediately...NO ANSWER. Left 2 messages and NO RESPONSE. Called the personal number of our sales guy, who gave his number to us at the time of sale, and NO RESPONSE AGAIN. Left several messages. Called Window Nation, which they advertise in their brochure 24 hour emergency customer support, and THEY ARE CLOSED. I waited some time before providing this review in hopes someone would have the professional courtesy to call back. If they can't support Sunday installs, DON'T DO THEM. AND DON'T ADVERTISE 24 HR EMERGENCY CUSTOMER SUPPORT. The sliding glass door is still stuck. I currently do not have access to my backyard because of this. This is absolutely unaccepted and should NEVER happen. The installers should have checked all of this before they picked up and left. Even for the price, I would NEVER deal with this company again and I recommend people to look elsewhere. Unreliable and unprofessional

The salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and very respectful. The installation team showed up on time, performed meticulous work and left our house cleaner than it was before they arrived. Great job Window Nation

I was very hesitant to hire a company for window installation since I never had this done before and was not sure what to expect. The representatives were very professional but also friendly. When they came to my home for an estimate they were very knowledgeable about their product and provide examples of the windows and products they would be using. They worked to get me the financing i needed as well. I was fully informed of every step in the process and the windows were installed on time. The installation team was professional, and completed the project on time. Everything was clean when complete. I LOVE MY WINDOWS. I would recommend window nation to anyone AAckman

Perfect no problems and did a good clean up. They even locked in the price for a year other companies we had come out would only honor the price for 30 days

We had window nation come to give us an estimate to replace our windows. The presentation and information was very good and seemed to be a great possibility. We were then given an very high estimate and we special deal (50% off) if we signed at the moment. This tactic really put us off on Window Nation and their sales process is suspect... Since we did not sign that day, we were sent to in-house sales, where we given a better estimate than the 50% off , but we did not select window nation due to the sales process...

I just wanted an honest estimate... but got high pressure sales process, giving "big" Discounts if we sign today... makes them look fishy

Everything went fine. We liked them. I would definitely use them again. They were hard working and professional and made everything was to our satisfaction before they left.

IT WENT EXTREMELY WELL! FROM THE SALESMAN(SKIP) TO THE INSTALLERS(BRYAN and BOBBY) THEY DID A FIRST CLASS JOB AND WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR IN 2017 FOR ADDITIONAL WINDOWS.

As far as I am concerned at this time, the install went very well. The installers were prompt and courteous. They immediately showed me the new replacement windows, to confirm the color and specifics of the product before any installation took place. Because of the previously poor installation of my last windows by another company, a few modification had to be made during the course of the installed. Each time this was required, the installer informed me of the need and why it was needed prior to taking any actions. And finally, all project areas required very little clean up after the install. Overall, it was pleasant experience.

Window Nation did everything they said they would do. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would. They did a quality job. They cleaned up everything and discarded the old windows. Every installer was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator for a major international appliance company, I told them I would be proud to have them work for me. Everything was outstanding.

Window Nation was the first company we had in the door to provide a quote for window replacement. Their sales rep arrived late, although with traffic in our area, I can understand and didn't find this to be that big of a deal. The Sales representative himself was a fairly nice gentleman. When I booked the appointment initially, the person I spoke with wanted the "decision makers" to be there for the appointment and for us to allow 60 minutes for the appointment. All told, the appointment did not last for 60 minutes, but 3 hours. I had told the salesman at the start that they were the first in the door and that my wife and I would do our due diligence and have several companies provide estimates so that we could compare and make an educated decision. While the product itself seemed ok to us, the gimmicky sales tactics were not and are a reason why we will not consider Window Nation for the purchase of replacement windows in our home. The experience reeks of bad used car lot sales tactics. Hard-selling and putting pressure on the prospective buyers to make a purchase on the spot for such a large amount of money, based on phoney-baloney sales, coupons, vouchers and managers discounts is a quick way to lose our business. The pricing was only good if we accepted right then and when we declined, the rep would try to pull more "discounts" to get us to buy. Based on reading other reviews now, I assume this is a selling strategy of the company. Window Nation would have had a much better chance of getting our business had they discarded these practices and instead, simply let the product sell itself. Provide one, simple price without the nonsense and show me how your window at this price point compares to some of the others in construction, durability, efficiency, warranty, etc. If the product and service represents a good value, or high enough quality to substantiate a slightly higher price, then great. We also felt like the pricing might be high for what was being offered- but again this was our first estimate. This was for 7 double hung windows in the home and after the 7 or 8 discounts/offers/made up on-the-spot promotions, etc. I've also now received a couple of phone calls from them trying to get our business, even offering a further reduced one time price. We should have just called Grayboyes in Plymouth Meeting or Dailey Mfg in Willow Grove first and avoided wasting so much time. The sales experience with those companies vastly exceeds that of Window Nation.

I received an estimate from Windows Nation (George salesman) on 6 composite windows and was not sure if I wanted use them seeing they were my first estimate I received. I ended up signing a contract because getting back out to us was an issue if we didnt sign that day. So we were told that we could call George (salesman) to cancel the next day to cancel and too sleep on it. We just give a $500 deposit now and he would not cash our $500 deposit check and send it back if we cancelled the next day. Well I cancelled that next day so I could get a few more estimates and what do you know the check was deposited two days later and the only reason I knew was from checking my bank account. Salesman not even professional enough to call and tell me. The funny thing is I talked to the salesman on that day and a few days later and he never ever mentioned that he deposited my check. MY OPINION IS TO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! WHO'S TO SAY THAT IF THEY LIE OVER $500 BUCKS THAT THE WINDOWS YOU BUY ARE WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND NOT A CHEAP LOOK ALIKE. TRUST IS BIG FOR ME AND THEY LOST IT AND A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER(S). No, there was no miscommunication. Your salesman told my wife and I that we could sleep on it over night and that if we decided to cancel he would NOT cash the check and return that check to us. I do have a recording of this conversation with your salesman along with voicemail telling me he wont cash the check. So there was no miscommunication, just LIES from your salesman.

We contacted Window Nation in part from the great reviews on Angies List. The sales rep, Brett, came out promptly, gave my husband and me a very non-pressured background review on Window Nations history and their priorities on high quality products that were unique and a good investment for our home. He also shared how W.N. puts a high priority on customer satisfaction. He was friendly and asked what we were hoping to get from new windows. He showed us a comprehensive explanation regarding why W.N. windows were superior to other windows and window companies. I was originally apprehensive about the whole new window purchase situation after having been burned badly by a previous window installer at our last residence, but I was convinced by the end of the presentation, that W.N. was the company for us. We were contacted by a technician, Scott, who carefully measured the three windows and the door within a very reasonable time. Window Nations windows are made custom-sized so your windows fit perfectly and there aren't any of the shims and tubes of caulk and the other usual make do things that our previous installer used. Although, W.N. does use caulk, but special high end caulk that adapts to changes in weather so that the seal on your windows are not likely to split open and release the seal. The installer came a couple of weeks later, and quickly, quietly and cleanly removed my existing windows and doors, and installed the new units. The window seals were done neatly. I immediately could tell a great improvement with the insulation quality in the two rooms. It was shocking to feel the difference so quickly. The style and fit were PERFECT! There was a slight imperfection in one of the windows which they replaced within several days. People in my neighborhood love my windows it seems as much as I do. On the days after the installation of the windows, they would stop when walking past to look at them, and when they were driving past, they slowed down to look at them. Many neighbors have told me how much they really were amazed how attractive the windows were. I am sooooooo pleased with Window Nations, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering getting new windows. Don't waste your money on those pre-made windows. You won't regret going to Window Nations, I guarantee you.

Jim R was the first person I spoke with, and I was very intimidated by having to undertake a project of this magnitude, but he was reassuring and competent, very respectful, and he even handled the financing which in my case was complicated. Obviously the people at Window Nation are confident about their product as well as knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to anyone. The work crew was respectful and friendly, and Sarah called to ensure everything was satisfactory.
