Windows are beautiful! Installers did an excellent job. I highly recommend Karl Fulton and Window Nation.

All installations were completed in a prompt and professional manor. Our salesman, Karl Fulton, stopped in during the installation to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.

steven gallagher was very professional in his presentation about the windows very courteous very friendly i would recommend him to anyone he spent a lot of time with my self mom and dad he was awsome

More to come after measuring and install.......Steven Gallagher was our sales rep who came on time, was knowledgeable, and through out the sales meeting was honest and forth coming with information and recommendations to fit our needs and project (window replacement in a 85 year old brick home).

First off, I don’t write reviews at all but I had to write this one. I will say I pick Windows Nation for the cost of 7 windows. that was my big mistake from the start. I went cheap I got cheap. should be 0 stars This was over 3 months of BS. I order 7 replacement windows in June. First set of windows not in till July fine. 1st appointment had to take a day off from work it was forecast to rain in the area that day, so they called in the morning and had to rescheduled ok it happens. But it didn’t rain in my area at all. Two weeks later 2nd appointment again had to take time off from work again. Once again, a call in the morning crew couldn't make it there work truck was in a accident on the way to my house. So now I can’t take anymore time off from work so they can’t do a weekend for about 2 weeks. So now it’s been over 2 months. So, then the day comes to install the windows, well the guys show up 2 hours late ok. Well they jump right in, without really checking the windows for defects. My second mistake not checking all the windows myself before they started to install them. Measure them yourself look at them. because these guys that they have to install them don’t even check if they are the right ones. Till it’s too late. And the crew well nice they seem not to really know how to install these windows right. I know a little bit of construction and I really don’t believe they are installed right. Well with the wrong sizes and major imperfection. out of 7 windows 5 had problems. So now dealing with the having them corrected. The people I called had me take pictures of the problems. They where nice and they did say they would fix them right away… ok well the 4TH time they schedule a Saturday 3 weeks away. Ok that day comes and that morning I get a call the crews work truck will not start or run right. So again we have to reschedule. Where so sorry they say but you have to wait 2 more weeks to have them fixed an replaced. So I call Corp. Office I get where so sorry, this an that. But no real action. but we are so sorry. Now the time comes on the 5th appointment 2 guys show up an have no idea what needs to be fixed or replaced. An again nice guys but they speak very little English so have no clue what to do. So again, the they jump right in with out really looking at the 2nd round of replacement windows they have to replace. Well this time they replace 2 of the 5 windows with 2 new windows an that’s right one of them has the same defect. And other ones not in square at all. And the parts on the other 3, also With the caulking job they did that looks like a blind man did it. So again, I call after trying 5 times to get a hold of someone. I finally get a call back. again, nice as could be but you have to wait a week or so now its been over 3 mouths so they come out to fix there own mess for the 3rd time an don’t you know it is the same guys that speak very little English show up an try to tell me there is nothing is wrong with the window. when you can see with your eyes its not square well finally, they try to fix it again. Still don’t think they are installed right. I am really not happy at all in the workmanship of the installers or the product they are selling in the first place. Yes, good cheap price. but you get what you pay for. Cheap constructed windows with poor installation. I am sure I will see them fall apart in the years to come. Or leak. or cost me more in utility bills then the old windows I had. Big mistake very poor choice on my part. up to you but i will never again use them or recommend Window Nation. Don’t do it .....trust me.

Would highly recommend window Nation. On install day installers arrived right on time actually slightly early. they were very professional and courteous. Had 13 windows replaced and was told it would be a 1 to 2 day install. They covered everything in their work area with plastic and cleaned up leaving our house clean if not cleaner where they had worked. They finished all but 3 windows and said they would be back the next morning to finish. Again right on time and finished in 3 hours.

The installers arrived on time, were very professional, courteous and cleaned up the house.

The installation of everything went above our expectations. Phil and Mike did a great job of paying attention to detail and cleaning up. Phil showed us how to use our new windows and doors. We plan to have our Front door replaced, as well as a side door in the Family Room. The quality of their products were a huge buying factor for us, as well as security.

they came out o 3/22/19 and the service tech stated he would have to order the parts I inform him that I would be leaving on vacation and wouldn't be back till the 2 of april he stated that would be fine the part would be in till 3/37/19. I sign a paper stating I would be back on the 2 of April and they would call me to come back out and fix the window. They stated in a email i received on 4/28/19 that they have been tying to get a hold of me and are closing out the work order. I will shoe my phone records and emails They have never typed to contact me and why did I sign that they would contact me when I return.

Stacy was awesome setting things up and Alex and his guys did a great job installing. Everyone was very friendly and personable! They cleaned up all the mess when they were done. I highly recommend Window Nation!!!!

My particularly positive comment was that Stephan in customer service was consistently helpful and went out of his way to make sure that different issues were addressed by his colleagues. He was professional and kept restoring my confidence. Also, while windows are expensive, the price was better than many window replacement options. There seemed to be a greater emphasis on Sales compared to the actual experience and the lead up in not valuing communication and reliability. But, Stephan kept helping. We just wish we did not need to keep coming back to him and the Sales rep to seek assistance. It could have gone smoother, but it was OK.

Received several quotes for my home that is 30 years old and had the original windows, storm door and sliding glass doors. The draft from these was ridiculous not to mention some of the windows had lost the seal so were fogged and looked horrible. Window Nation had a very informative sale representative come out and demonstrate the types of windows available, the efficiency of these windows and cost. I felt very informed, therefore, equipped to make the right decision for myself and my wallet. The pricing was competitive and once I made the choice, the turnaround to have the install was fast. The crew was professional, respectful of my home (inside and out) and there was absolutely nothing to clean up when they were done. They were efficient, precise and did an excellent job. The new windows look fantastic! My heating/air con bills are so much better since the install and drafts are gone! I would definitely recommend.

they were extremely professional, They removed all trash at the end of the install. Each window is a thing of beauty. 5 of the windows was at least 25 to 30 years old so I would never open them in the summer; although I have only owned the house for 9 years it is a dream to let the light and fresh air in, Thank you Window Nation.

It went really well. The sales rep spent time explaining the differences between the variety of windows they offer. The installers were on time and finished a two-day job in one day.

High pressure sales pitch that starts with a 2 hour presentation and ends with several price drops from an outrageously expensive initial estimate. Of you like spending 3 hours just to get a quote that only last 24 hours and all but demanding the sales guy get out of your house, this company is for you. If on the other hand you would like someone to give a straight up honest estimate and let you price shop, you should avoid Window Nation like the plague. Initial estimate was $23k for 17 windows, but dropped all the way to $14 because we kept refusing to sign a contract on the spot. We even explained this was our first estimate and that we intended to get at least 3 before making a decision. And we also explained that we weren't even expecting to decide for a few months whether we were going to do windows or a different project first. Sales guy still wanted us to sign before he would leave. VERY unscrupulous sales tactics.

Got pushed into a site visit at the Philly Home Show by these guys for a quote on siding and gutters (with guards). The visit went quite long. This was the first quote I had ever gotten for siding, so I didn't know what to expect going into it. The salesman did some rough measurements and then came in to show us the different products they use. Window Nation puts their name on everything to make it seem like their product is special, but I'm not sure their product is any different than CertainTeed vinyl siding. In any event, the sales pitch was typical of a large subcontracting outfit. The price started super, super high and ended up super high after giving us "deals" and "discounts". Initial price was somewhere near $50,000 for 35 sq of insulated siding, gutters and guards. We ended up down at $38,000 after all was said and done. To get this price we were asked to promise to cancel any other consultations later in the week. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed with this style of salesmanship. A week later we wound up getting another quote from a local, well-reviewed family owned company and the quote was about $13,000 less for premium CertainTeed siding, gutters, gutter guards and wrapping the house with 1/2" rigid insulation (vs. insulated siding).

It went well. They did a good job and were pleasant to deal with.

The sales person came on time, spent about 45-60 minutes explaining the product. The product itself is pretty good. The biggest problem I had was the gimmick they had going. They start off with a crazy high number. They then claimed that they were running a buy 2 get 2 and $50 window buy back. After all that, the sales guy was still over $30,000. The price ended up coming down another "$6,000" after he spoke with his manger. The sales guy even tried to convince me that 18 months no interest was just as good of a deal as the 6 yr no interest Anderson Windows offered me. Anderson's upfront cost was more, but the no interest deal had them neck and neck. The icing on the cake was after we signed a contract with them, I recieved an email with my name spelled wrong from a supervisor asking me to give the company 4/4 if asked to do a survey, and to give them a call if there was anything they could do to bring their rating up to a 4 if I was planning on giving them a lower score. A day after I signed the contract, I found a local family owned business here on Angie's list that sold the same brand window as Window Nation. The owner came down, measured our windows, and quoted us $6,000 less than Window Nation without a so-called buy 2 get 2 or buy backs etc. It was just refreshing to deal with an actual person. Window Nation also charges $150 after the first five years for warranty repairs, my new company comes out free of charge because their motto is they do it right the first time. I won't put the name of the company I went with because I don't want Window Nation using them in their gimick and trying to take away their customers. The sales person at Window Nation was really upset when I told him I wouldn't give him their name. I started working in sales when I was 18, so I've seen it all. If you want a straight forward, honest company, this company is not from you. Like I saw in a comment prior to calling Window Nation for an estimate, don't walk, run from these people.

Terrible. 2 windows were cracked and I'm still waiting for the company to replace them. The windows are ok quality. You can find better windows for the same price other places. The installers move so fast they do not pay attention to detail such as if the windows are straight or closing properly. I had to have the manager of the installation department come out to my house and he even said it was a poor installation. If I could go back I would never go with window nation again. P.s still waiting for my broken windows which were installed broken to be replaced.

Top-notch company. Installed 11 very old standard sized windows and 2 oversized bow windows at good, reasonable prices. Sales contact Karl was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain different options / designs and price points (and followed up throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly). Installers were efficient, clean, and did some really great work. Definitely would use again and recommend to others

They won't call me. They said that they called 5 times but they didn't call once. I've been contacting them through Angie's list which is fine , but nobody calls to set up an appointment to get this job done. I finally gave up and called them directly today and they said that someone would call me today to set up an appointment. Guess what?? Nobody called again. It's been a full week. They have lost my trust.

He gave me a lot of coupons to use. If I have windows sure.

It was about a month from when we signed with Windows Nation until our FIRST scheduled install date. Corporate called the afternoon (around 4:00) before to confirm. The morning of, 30 minutes before the scheduled time they were supposed to be here, the install guy called and cancelled because of the weather forecast. Pretty sure there are ways to find out the forecast prior to the morning of, especially after myself and my husband switched our work schedules around to accommodate the install date. They rescheduled for a that coming Sunday morning. Sunday morning comes and they show up earlier than expected. They got to work right away, but didn't say anything to my husband or myself, appeared annoyed and miserable to be there. Didn't introduce themselves or give us any paperwork or business cards to identify them. Toward the end of the install, one of the guys showed us that one of the glasses of the sliding glass door was marked up. New doors and they are already messed us. They cleaned up and packed their truck and left. Didn't walk through all the final products once installed and show us how to pull them down and out for cleaning. Half of them, the top window, wasn't closed all the way. My husband and I were checking everything out and found a defect in the sliding glass door. The luck on the door didn't budge. It finally clicked and is still stuck. CAN'T OPEN THE SLIDING DOOR. We discovered this 10 minutes after we realized they left (never said bye or thank you or anything). The window in the kitchen is also messed up. The top window keeps sliding down, the locks are tough and when they do move, they don't actually locked anything. Called the cell phone of one of the installers immediately...NO ANSWER. Left 2 messages and NO RESPONSE. Called the personal number of our sales guy, who gave his number to us at the time of sale, and NO RESPONSE AGAIN. Left several messages. Called Window Nation, which they advertise in their brochure 24 hour emergency customer support, and THEY ARE CLOSED. I waited some time before providing this review in hopes someone would have the professional courtesy to call back. If they can't support Sunday installs, DON'T DO THEM. AND DON'T ADVERTISE 24 HR EMERGENCY CUSTOMER SUPPORT. The sliding glass door is still stuck. I currently do not have access to my backyard because of this. This is absolutely unaccepted and should NEVER happen. The installers should have checked all of this before they picked up and left. Even for the price, I would NEVER deal with this company again and I recommend people to look elsewhere. Unreliable and unprofessional
