We take it all -- the good and bad -- very seriously as we pride ourselves on delivering top quality customer service. We never use “pressure” to close a sale, but do in fact professionally follow up after a presentation until a customer is ready to make a decision. We apologize if this was viewed as pressure as that was never our intent. As for the price quoted by our design consultant, windows vary tremendously in both price and quality as you know. The quality of the installation is also extremely important and our team is highly skilled and highly trained. We feel we are always competitive when it comes to pricing but of course can never compete with free labor. In the end, all that matters to us is that you found a solution that works for you and you're happy.
