WAN'S HARDWOOD FLOORS

Horrible! Wan did not install the floors correctly. He did not let the floors acclimate to the house for humidity. The floors have popped up. Wan has refused to come out, and fix these floors! He did not out barrier paper or anything! We only know this because the floor has come up! He refuses to fix this issue! I have included pictures because this is why I am so unhappy

Wan added wood putty to my hardwood floors and called it a repair instead of adding new hardwood to the areas that needed new wood he used putty that didn't match. One of his workers called out so he was rushing to finish up my job and insisting I pay him the balance although he had not completed the job. He is clearly not as good as he use to be. When all of his workers were there, it appeared to be going well but he didn't finish the job in every room. He didn't cover my baseboards so they need to be repainted to. He replaced wood in one room so I know he knows how to repair it. Well at least one of his workers know. In one room, they did not stain the wood under the radiator cover but you could see it even with the cover on. He did not finish in 2 days as promised and one day I took off work and he ended up not coming that day. I have been begging him for 3 weeks to come back and even had to call him from a block number to get him to answer my call. Please see the pictures.

Very poor job overall. Spaces were left between many boards. Some boards replaced with many nail holes. some nails left sticking up. etc etc

Wan and his crew were very professional, responsive, prompt and thorough. We have oak floors downstairs and wide plank pine upstairs and couldn't be happier with how they turned out.
