Installed patio window when promised. The men were efficient and professional. I'm so satisfied with their work I'm going to hire them to install a storm door for me. Highly recommended.

Sunbeam Company was excellent in any way. Will use them in the future if needed. **Complaint, most of the companies who called me thought I was looking to replace all windows in my house... I do not feel that correct notes were noted so they did not know that all I wanted was to repair ONE window .....

I was very concerned about the quality of this window. All the other windows I have are Andersen Windows, and I was of the understanding that the window which I needed replaced was also an Andersen Window. However, it doesn't indicate that on the glass. The worker did assure me that the replacement window is of the same quality as an Andersen window. I am very disappointed that this happened, but now it seems that I can only hope that it will hold up as well as my other windows.

They always communicated when they said they would. They were on time for 2 out of the 3 visits. They were friendly, professional and clean. Ultimately they did a great job and the window is good. I would certainly hire them again.

Sunbeam installed a full wall mirror for my home gym (from floor to ceiling). It looks very professional. Couldn't be happier and I'm a VERY particular guy.

Last week we had the people from Glass Doctor aka Sunbeam (the company that was suggested by Service Magic) come out to fix our broken sliding door window.The person installing the new glass at first took their time to remove the wood molding from the frame.On the second piece he started to rush through the removal and cracked and broke it in several places.He told my wife that he broke it and he would need to replace it.I got a call Tuesday saying they were charging me $96 for the molding. I will never recommned them to anyone.

The company contacted me immediately and came that same day to give us an estimate. The estimate seems to be a very fair price. We are waiting to hear from them (they said in about 2 weeks) for the shower doors to be custom made, then they will be installed. I will have to let you know after this is completed how our total experience was.
