They were good, so quick in and out. They came in exactly what it was and really quickly as well. I would use them again in the future.

I called to inquire about a service call. Was given an immediate opening for today, and the plumber was here within an hour of that call. He was professional, courteous and thorough. He introduced himself to me, wasted no time in diagnosing the problem, obtained the part - and installed it. He was neat and very thorough. I would call these folks again.

Harry and Dennis were great in their analysis of the problem. My washer leaked from the hookup. Harry explained that the new washers have greater water pressure and may require bigger pipes or cleaner drains. They had to go into the crawl space and test the pipes and the flow. Harry recommended that they try to clear the pipe first. They cleaned out the pipe all the way to the main, approx 70 feet. Harry ran the washer several times and there was no backup. Problem solved. A messy job for Dennis and Harry but great work. They were knowledgeable, personable and professional. Harry was very helpful by giving me so e helpful hints.

They were good. I'd use them again.

He came soon after the call and he was very knowledgeable. He found the trouble and fixed everything. He cooperated with our Home Warranty company because they could not provide one of their plumbers. He was a nice guy and I would use him again.

The plumber and helper were on time and courteous. Took care in the home not to make a mess. Installation of the new water heater went well, new flue pipe also.Draft was poor accoring to Joe .There were problems removing the kitchen faucet and the bath fixture cartriges.A valve had to be replaced under the bathroom vanity. Both the faucets had been leaking , the kitchen internaly ,hence the problems with removal.The only questions I had would have been directed to the owner if he followed up on his service. the job was quoted at 1300.00. The flue question of poo draft? Some scratches on porcelain cups that hold the cartriges.The valve that was replaced was a compression fitting no soldering required.All things I would have mentioned to him, Had he called.

Gas leak in pipes connected in the laundry rm. Was cheaper than original estimate. Came out to assess the problem and fixed the problem the same day. Very polite and quick. So good, i called them back the following week for additional work i needed done, but it wasn't in their scope of practice. Would definitely use them again.

This was our second experience with Plumb Medic who we chose because they had so many positive reviews here on Angies List. They were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Our plumber, Shawn, did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sean came out fast and quickly installed a new sump -- we were in emergency mode so he was a lifesaver.

The gentlemen that came to my house was very polite and professional. Took measurements and listened to what I was planning and actually offered up some good suggestions for changes to my plan. I had to put the project on hold because of personal money emergency that came up. However; I plan to call them and have them do the work once I have recover.

Came out within 45 minutes of my call and fixed the leak by replacing a portion of the pipe at a fair price. Plumber was Sean.

I used the services of Plumb Medic for plumbing and they were excellent. They came out to fix my sink which was leaking. I used their services about a year ago. The charged me less then $100.00 for the job and he was here for a while fixing the sink as the piping is in a funny shape. He was very patient and was calm and continued working on the sink till he fixed it, unlike others who would have lost their cool I will use him in the future

Harry came in less than an hour after I called the office. He was very professional. He fixed the problem on my evict pump in less than 10 minutes. He answered me all the questions patiently and honestly. I feel so comfortable to deal with them. A+++++++ service rate.

I found Plumb Medic on Angie's List while searching for a plumber to do a couple of repairs on my home prior to finalizing a sale. I chose this provider due to the number of positive feedback provided by customers. Within an hour of calling for service, Sean came to my home to begin service on my home. He was able to fix our issues immediately and within reason for cost. I would highly recommend Plumb Medic for anyone needing plumbing repairs. We have never used a plumber before but will be keeping this contact information for future reference.

This was our first encounter with Plumb Medic, and they responded promptly. Harry replaced the old-fashioned valve with a full port ball valve and created a new access panel so we can get to it more easily. He also discovered a turnoff valve for the outside hose faucets, which we had long wanted but no plumber had spotted before, and cut that one out and replaced it with a ball valve as well. We are very happy with the experience and the results. Would not hesitate to call Plumb Medic again.

It went great they called first and where on time and worked fast got the job done fixed my problem. I will be useing them again for some other projects.

arrived promptly, with 2 service people. I had tried to clear the drain myself prior, with no success. they used a 'snake' - clog was 30' feet in, way longer than my tries would have reached. they were here an hour or so - problem solved. Would recommend and use again!

All of my sinks, drains, and toilettes were clogged. I tried snaking all the drains with my own puny snake and nothing changed. I called Monday morning and they told me they would have someone out in about an hour. They pulled someone off of another job to take care of my because we had no toilettes. They came over in about 45 min and proceeded to pull out the really big snake. He went from the trap in the yard to the street and the from the trap into the house. He hit the clog and freed it up. there were some roots in the pipe and other things, but once that was clear everything was working again.

Sean was a little late for the appointment but was very nice and performed the work quickly. We were very happy with the service provided and will use this company again.

I can't say enough good things about Plumb Medic and Shawn. I called at 12:15 and talked to Nicole. She told me she would have someone out within an hour. I asked about doing a camera inspection of the line which she said they could do without an issue. She called back shortly after and told me she talked to her boss and he recommended snaking first to save the expense of the camera if it wasn't necessary. Agreed. Shortly after received a call from Shawn that he was en route. Shawn arrived at 1:05pm. He quickly worked through the problem. Offered a solution and was able to complete the job all the same day and was gone by 3:30pm. He cleaned up everything like he was never there. Have never needed a plumber before and hope I won't need one ever again but if I do I know who I will be calling....Plumb Medic.

The plumber arrived as expected and analyzed the situation. He determined that nothing needed to be done and refused to accept anything for his time. THIS IS GREAT SERVICE AND HONESTY. The honesty is SOOO important. I was thrilled to find a plumber that won't just try to do something to make some money. He even explained why it was better NOT to do anything with the hot and cold water taps. They were fine, as was the connection to the hose for the expulsion of water from the washer. I am sure there will be future issues and friends who need a referral. THIS PLUMBER will be used and recommended!!!
