Quick, thorough and professional and the price was absolutely fair.. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Couldn't have been happier. Sent a message through Angieslist late afternoon Monday, got a call back first thing Tuesday, and the work was done by 1:00 that day. Workers were professional, respectful, and efficient. Everything they did was explained beforehand with no surprises. Would definitely use them again!

Harry and Kevin were quick and efficient in their work, completing the job within a few hours. They charged a fair price, $1,200. I would hire Plumb-Medic again in a heartbeat. I recommend this plumber 100%.

Very well. The plumber on the job was offered to fix the spigot instead of replacing it. I didn't think that was even an option but it was, it worked, and saved me loads TNS of money.

The first plumber who responded to our clogged main drain was punctual, friendly and seemed trustworthy. We let him do a diagnostic for $425 + tax. He snaked a camera through our pipe and said it was collapsed and we would have to open up the sidewalk and replace the whole pipe which would be $4,000 + tax (after a $1,200 discount!) This all took less than an hour (wish I made 1/4 of that in an hour). No one else had called back so we decided to set up the job for Sunday (3 days later). Never occurred to us that someone would lie about a collapsed pipe. Meanwhile, we are modifying all our water usage including toilet, bathing, etc. Next morning PLUMB MEDIC returned our call, came over and told us we do not have have a collapsed pipe All we needed is the pipe cleared of roots. Long story short, they cleared our pipes for $200 and we were able to run water through immediately. Don't know what kind of person it takes to lie to people, as the first plumber did, and let them live without use of toileting, bathing, etc. for several days. Needless to say, I cancelled the $454.75 check written the previous day. The moral of this story is hire PLUMB MEDIC. They seem to really hate when people get ripped off. They also do fabulous work (we had used them several years earlier) I only wish they had been able to respond to our call the day before but they saved us from cashing in part of our life savings.

Wow! We were impressed - we called at Noon on New Year's Eve due to low/no water flow out of most of our sinks in the house suddenly. We expected a few days delay, but they asked if we wanted someone that day and then arrived at exactly at 2pm as promised. They listened carefully to the list of issues we had, inspected each need and presented options. Our water heater was deteriorating after 17 years (which we knew) and they replaced it on the spot with a Bradford White (top performing brand) and had us operational that afternoon. The men took a list with them to obtain parts to come back on Friday the 2nd. The same team arrived punctually at 1pm on Friday and completed all our other tasks above. The call center and both contractors were skilled, friendly and professional - couldn't have asked for better service or results. We would absolutely use them again for any plumbing need and refer them to others. Thank you Plumb Medic - this is why we joined Angie's List and will remain faithful members!

The service professionals were friendly, helpful and responsive. Their work was efficient and they were happy to answer questions and share their recommendations about the tasks. One of the tasks involved access to the gas line (for the washer) and in the next day or two following the service visit, I thought I smelled gas. Plumb Medic sent two service professionals back to my house to check it out and test for gas leaks; they found no presence of gas, and they did not charge me for this visit. We have hired them twice and will do so again if we have future needs.

Plumber was prompt, efficient, recommended new pump, bought it and installed it. Also told me I would have to replace my flooring in the den as it could not be repaired. I appreciated the advice because I thought the damaged floor was a simple repair. I would definitely use them again.

I contacted Plumb Medic via a request through Angie's List. Since we had gotten a previous quote from a plumber who was not responsive, as well as having recently replaced a water heater at a second home, we knew what we were willing to pay. The next day the guy (not sure of his name) from Plumb Medic called and spoke to my husband, and gave an approximate price quote over the phone. My husband told him that the price was acceptable and that we wanted to go ahead with the work. He said Nicole from the office would call to schedule. She called within a day or two later and, after some telephone tag, it was scheduled for the next day. Two guys came out in the morning, and were done within a couple of hours, including having to change out an exhaust pipe to bring it up to code. Quick and painless, we were very happy with them.

Plumb Medic is wonderful. Joe, the owner arrived promptly and gave me an estimate. The next appointment, Joe arrived before his crew and greeted me. The crew was also prompt, courteous and professional. They were spot on with their pricing and did not increase the price (as quoted) even though they did extra work. They explained in great detail what would be done, had been done and still needed to be done. Harry one of the plumbers, explained all of my options and did not try to pressure me into doing more work. I have nothing but praise for this company.

It went very well. The men were very courteous, professional, and did quality work for a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. I'm very satisfied.

I called PlumbMedic in late October. I talked to Joe, explained my issue with my complex plumbing system in my basement. We agreed that he send someone out to look at it, as it was best explained in person. Shawn arrived on time, was very curtious, and he honestly answered each of my questions. He came up with a plan for repairs, took some pictures and sent them to his boss Joe, and told me someone would get back to me with an estimate. While he was here, he noticed that one of my pipes was clogged, so he did an excellent job of fixing it.. That is the only reason I gave a grade of D, because Shawn did such a good job. A week or two went by, no estimate.. I checked in with them again, was told that Joe had gotten my info, but was busy, and I would hear back soon.. Weeks went by again, no estimate. I checked back in with them again,(over a month later) not only no estimate, but no reply at all. I understand with this cold weather that it's a busy time, but I just wanted to know a price range for my project. I was hoping to use PlumbMedic because I really liked the plan that Shawn came up with, it would be minimum damage to my basement and he understood the problem, where other plumbers couldn't (or wouldn't) fix it... Sorry to say that I will have to continue to look for a solution to my plumbing problems .

It went very well. They were great. We've used them twice and I am sure we will use them again in the future.

I am so impressed with this company. I left a service request message on their answering machine last night. Received a call at 8:15 this morning and was told they could send someone out between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. Shaun arrived about 20 minutes later and had my loose toilet fixed within a half an hour. He was very pleasant and extremely professional. I will definitely be using Plumb Medic for all of my future plumbing needs.

Harry made quick work of diagnosing and replacing a non-working pump that caused a lot of damage in my finished basement. He called to keep me posted on his ETA, arrived on time, and came prepared with everything he needed to get the job done. He was professional and courteous and knows his trade well. He was happy to chat about some ideas I had to avoid damage from a future pump failure, and offered to call a plumbing supply house and get back to me with some options. His work was neat and he cleaned up completely. Dealing with Plumb Medic was a very professional and pleasant experience from my initial call to the completion of the job. I will definitely keep in these guys in mind for future work and repairs. Recommended.

service provider wasn't aware of the issue and not sure what needs to be done. After providing all the research details that i have collected, provider did perform the work but it doesn't look like professional work. It take few days to see if the work they did holds up or not. I will provide another update after few days.

I was very surprised and happy that a few hours after I contacted them on Angies List, they contacted me! They arrived when they said they would be here and I was impressed with their work & kindness towards me.
