+ -1 moreSee above. How it went for me is how it will probably go for you. I have never had a problem with a plumber before.
Description of Work: This was work to be RE-DONE after 5 months. Flapper was almost completely disintegrated because I wasn' t told not to use bleach capsules. Toilet ran right after they fixed it , but I had been jiggling the handle. The woman answering the phone said I should have called right back, but they would only charge me around $30 if I could wait until their plumber was going to be in the area. I only have 1 bathroom and was hand flushing the toilet. The appointment was several days away. The day of the appointment, she cancelled me, saying that one of their "important" clients needed them and he would come in 2 days. He came. It took 5 minutes. He charged me $149. He left and the toilet was running when I flushed it. I called and told the woman he was here only 5 minutes, same guy as before, same bad job with toilet running and said he should come back and I didn't want to pay again. She got nasty and said she couldn't guarantee not to charge me, again.

+ -1 moreI've used them 3 times. The plumbers name is Sean and he is absolutely wonderful. He cleans up the area afterwards really really well. You can tell he likes what he does. He gives you his honest opinion of what is going on and tires to fix it. I will definitely use them again.

+ 1 moreRoto Rooter quoted us about $5,000 to our clogged and partially collapsed sewer pipe, and said they could not scope out the extent of the issue because their camera couldn't get through the soil in the pipe. Thank God we called Plumb Medic for a second opinion. They were able to assess the problem and replace the damaged pipe for less than a third of that cost. They were very responsive and reasonable.

Description of Work: We wanted to have a laundry unit in our hall closet. Plumb medic ran hot/cold water lines, a gas line, and ventilation for the dryer through the crawl space under our house. They also replaced a leaky shower faucet and handles, and ran lines for our dishwasher.

Sean came out twice and completed several jobs effectively. We moved into our home in January and had many plumbing issues that we couldn't diagnose. We are now in the clear. + 0 morePerfect from start to finish. We called early on this snowy Sunday. (about 24" new snow over the weekend). Receptionist pleasant and told us Sean could be there once he dug his truck out of the snow. She called 20 min later to say he was on his way, and he arrived 10 mins later. In a brief time he diagnosed the problem, snaked out the blocked line and got things flowing again. Even helped replace a few items we had had to move in the garage so he could look in the crawl space. Sean was prompt, professional and knowledgeable, and very much the gentleman, too. I hope I don't have any more plumbing issues here but if I do I know I will call this organization again.

+ 1 moreI described the problem over the phone and was given a ballpark estimate of $250 to get it done. I was okay with the price but had trepidations, knowing that I would be at work, and knowing that workmen, in the past, have tended to find additional things that had to be done. My wife is a friendly and trusting person, so we talked ahead of time about what to do if that occurred (essentially defer on the work and get a second opinion). I was pleased to learn that the bill was substantially less than what was predicted from my phone call. The workman came on time. He completed the job quickly and charged based on what had to be done. I would use them again.
Description of Work: We had two slow moving drains. He cleared both of them.

He explained the simple fix to my husband and I, and was in & out in 30 mins. We were able to pay the next day over the phone with a credit card. I would call Plumb Medic again.

+ -1 moreIt went fantastic. He was very prompt and courteous. He talked about the different options and was very careful when removing the tiles. He only removed what was necessary and we are able to re-use some of the tiles and the faucet. He quickly fixed the pipe and and pointed out that we only needed to replace one part. He did a great job and was friendly and caring. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others. The cost was fine considering it was an emergency visit on a holiday weekend. Well worth the price.
Description of Work: We had an emergency this morning as my husband slipped in the shower and knocked the faucet into the wall. This broke a pipe and water went EVERYWHERE. We called and he was here within an hour. He assessed the damage and came up with a solution that would be the easiest in the long run to repair the wall. He carefully removed some tiles and fixed the pipe.

I called the main number on Sunday morning and received a call back within an hour. Two individuals, one named Shawn, came the next day and completed the job within 2 hours. They called before they came and were on time for the appointment. I am very pleased with the service that we have received from Plumb Medic, and we will be sure to use the company in the future for all of our plumbing needs!
