I called Plumb-Medic on 5/12/11 to inquire about an estimate to replace our hallway bathroom toilet. Bob came out same day to give an estimate and returned the next day to replace and install a new toilet. Bob was very pleasant and cleaned up during and after the job. I will definitely use their services again in the future as well as recommend them to family and friends.

Responded quickly, pleasant, fixed the problem, cleaned up, reasonably priced.

The Plumb-Medic people were professional and were great at identifying and solving my problems quickly and efficiently. Bob did the work at our house and he was a pleasure to work with. The house was left in a clean and mannerly way. All my phone contact was courteous and professional.

I called when they were running late and inquired about their delay. It only took them 13 minutes to respond to my call. They apologized for the delay and promised they would be here at 11am. They were dealing with 2 emergency jobs and they did indeed arrive promptly at 11.They were able to take care of the block quickly and charged a fair rate. They were very professional and assisted me with my needs.

It was great. Bob from Plumb-medic came out, as scheduled. He was able to remove the brush by removing the toilet and retrieving it. He also fixed the leaky faucet. He did the work quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant and professional. We had a competitor (who was also rated highly on the list) come out and give us an estimate for the same work but he quoted us $1,000.00 to do the work claiming he'd have to remove our floor to remove our toilet. This didn't feel like "paradise" to us so we decided to give Plumb-Medic a call. We are so glad we did. " They were honest and upfront and did not try to make the job more complicated than it needed to be. We will definitely call them again if we need work done.

Owner and workers are very responsive, they kept in touch when arranging dates and always had good follow up to confirm. Workers were punctual, professional and answered questions. They were neat and seem to do quality work that they will stand behind. Besides being trustworthy, which is rare these days, they seem like genuinely nice people. I give them A and will use them again.

Great experience. We had tried to replace the faucets in two bathrooms, but we couldn't remove the screws to replace the drains. We called Plumbmedic, and they had a serviceman to the house in under an hour. He had to cut the drain out on one sink b/c of the location of the screw. This is the second time I used Plumbmedic and had the same serviceman. The serviceman was friendly and did a great job.

Great experience! Was a holiday weekend, and Plumb Medic (Shawn) came out within a few hours of my call. Cleared the drain very quickly. They were in, out and I was on my way. Very pleased with the services. The final price was exactly what they quoted me on the phone when I called. A+ all around, and I would use them in the future.

As their name suggests, they live up to it. They respond quickly. I spoke with the owner but I did not meet him because I was out of town at the time. Just on the basis of my address, he knew the neighborhood well enough that he knew how the house was laid out and how the plumbing was laid out. When I explained the problem to him he actually had a good idea of what he would need access to in the house and what was the likely problem. All this just by talking on the phone. He was very knowledgeable.

My phone call was returned promptly, approximate price quoted over the phone, and Jason was extremely polite and professional. Sean came out to do the work - was polite and did a good job. What could have been a multiple day ordeal was handled before 5 PM on a Sunday. We were so grateful to be able to shower again in our own home!

Joe was extremely responsive and came in short order to look at the problem. The shutoff to the water from near the curb was worn and the township eventually replaced it, but this meant multiple trips to the job by Plumb Medic. They did replace the faucet once the shutoff was handled. The job was well done --- no more leak -- and the price was reasonable given that three trips and a considerable amount of time was involved given the problem with the shutoff. I'm grateful to Angie's List - that's how we found out about Plumb-Medic and I have to say this is our best plumbing experience ever - quality wise and price wise. (Our other excellent company - Little Rock Construction - was also a find from Angies List!).

I had puddles in my laundry room after running the water in the kitchen. I called Plumb-Medic and Sean was sent to assist. He had to cut the wall out to find the leak and ended up finding two sources. He fixed it up by replacing a portion of the pipe. It has been bone dry ever since.

Diagnosed problem immediately as broken gasket on disposal which was the source of the leak. Had a new disposal on the truck. Work was done quickly, clean.

Something I was really willing to spend a lot of money on, he said I really did not need to do. He will come tomorrow to do some minor work and I will give him some business. He was perfect. When I was deciding what I actually wanted to do, he recommended doing the following and this solution is much easier, instead of ripping things apart. The reason he is coming tomorrow is because I happen to take the day off because I have a lot of thing that I am going to get down. Tomorrow he will help prevent a leak around a fiberglass surround. I am also hoping to have him replace a sink and toilet in a very old and small bathroom. The reason I interviewed him was because some of the reviews said that he was accustomed to working in very old houses. He was a nice guy and did not show that he wasted his time for this. He was on time and I was happy with everything he did.

This company was very honest, professional, timely and considerate. They gave me a written quote and they stuck to it. I was happy with the price and I would definitely use them again.

The sink is original to the house, so that's an 87 year old sink with all original parts. Nobody else would touch it and I was told to rip it out and replace, but it's so charming and goes with the other original features of the house. He had it fixed in no time. It's been 8 months and it still doesn't leak. Plus, he lives in my town so he "gets" old houses and their quirky plumbing.

OK, but the chain had a hook that was not removed. I need to go back and remove it.

We have a bathroom in our basement which requires a pump to bring the water/sewage up to ground level. The basement had a distinct odor and we found seping sewage from the area where the pump is located. I called Plumb Medics because they had a high rating here on Angie's List. They were more than courteous in trying to accomodate my work schedule. The service technician, Sean, arrived on time, after giving me a heads up phone call. Sean was courteous, and patient as he thoroughly observed the situation. Make a long story short, Sean could not determine the issue as the pump was working properly while he was there. But he stayed on for an hour to ensure that he had not missed anything. The final outcome was a theory that the circuit breaker may have been turned off and the pump shut-down. What I appreciated was the fact that Sean never tried to talk me into providing any type of service that I did not need. He was professional in every aspect of what he did.

It went great. Plumb-Medic came out within a week. They gave us some lower cost options, namely they said that an expensive toilet is available with a special flushing mechanism, but that for about $100 cheaper per toilet, we can get a toilet that is less fancy looking, but still has the improved flushing mechanism. So that saved us about $300. The worker arrived on time, did the job (installed three toilets) in the amount of time estimated (and the cost estimated), cleaned up well, and, most importantly, the toilets have been working GREAT!

We have had problems with this sewage pipe for several years, as the original company that replace the pipe did not pay attention to pitch. The main sewage pipe was back-pitched, so all our household sewage was not flowing out of the house as needed, and any time we used the water, the downstairs toilet would flood. Joe took a look at it and said one of two options could occur when fixing it, and he gave an estimate of both. Joe's crew was working on several other projects at the time, so it was difficult to get him back quickly, but he made time in his schedule after four days to come back. They just finished, and it's running great. Nice worker, and he did his best to clean the area before he left.
