Since it wasn't an emergency, we had no problem scheduling the appointment. Plumb-Medic accommodated my schedule and showed up first thing in the morning. They cleared the exterior drain and we ran water to test it. It seemed to be fine, but a few days later, the drain was slow again. They returned and cleared it again, but this time it was still slow, so they had to go through the interior pipe. They found the cause of the blockage and it has been draining well since. They also did some minor repairs on a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. The original price matched their quote, but since they had to return, (and it did take a while), the overall cost was higher than I expected. I would call again and give them another try.

I called Sunday morning at 9:30am, and the plumber arrived right on time at 11am. The standpipe connected to my washer was overflowing and my sinks in the basement were backed up. Turns out there was a clog in my main sewer line (3rd time this has happened in one year). After running the snake through and plunging the sink, the problem was solved. Total charge was $256.00. And that was after the $10 coupon I got from this site.

I called Plum Medic this morning and Harry arrived at my house approximately 1pm to take a look. He determined that the pipes hot/cold water pipes need to be reversed as this Kohler shower stem couldn't be switched. He gave me a fair estimate and was ready to start. About 1 1/2 hours later the job was completed with everything working correctly. He was neat and friendly and explained what he did. I couldn't ask for more and would recommend this company to my friends. The final cost matched the estimate.

He never returned my calls

I selected this contractor using Angie's List. I an remodeling a bathroom in my home and when I removed the toilet to allow another contractor to drywall the room the closet flange can off with the toilet. I called the Plumber Monday afternoon and he sent a plumber out first thing the next morning. The plumber was courteous and professional and told me that he could replace the flange with a comprssion fit PVC one. He left to get the part. He returned shortly and installed the new unit and srewed it to the floor to ensure a tight fit. The work was completed quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I am very happy with the responce and quality of the work.

Update: I would like to take this opportunity to tell the owner that I received his phone message on February 4, 2013 when I arrived home from work. There was a mixup with the secretary and my message requesting service did not get to him in time. Thank you and I accept your apology. I have upgraded your overall rating and I may contact you in the future, should I need plumbing services.

Weird noise in our crawl space. Joe called me back within the hour. Another plumber called first. The calls were minutes apart. Joe was very courteous on the phone and was still asking me about what problem I was having even after he learned that someone else beat him to the punch. I'm actually sorry that Joe didn't call first. The other plumber was a little cocky but what could I do when it's a Sunday morning and 17 degrees out? If I need a plumber again, I will definitely call Joe first and give him a chance.' No outcome since another plumber called me first. I will definitely call Joe again when I need another plumber due to his courteous phone call.

I had a defective outside hose faucet. The work was done quickly in a professional manner and the price was fair.

They were very responsive, the owner came out the day after initially calling them and looked at the job and gave me a quote of about $200 for everything and said it may be a little more, depending on if they had to do more than shim the one toilet. They scheduled the job for 3 days later, the worker was there approximately 50 minutes and was very pleasant. I only rated them a B on price because I feel it was a little high for what little needed to be done and the fact that the one toilet only needed to be shimmed and nothing more, however I appreciate that they were VERY HONEST... they could have gotten me for a lot more since I was convinced I had a leak and did not.

Plumb Medic has been wonderful from the time we bought our house. They have been out multiple times to fix little emergencies and they are always prompt, professional and affordable.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Plumb-Medic. From start to finish it was one of the best experiences I have had when in a pinch. It was 12:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. I phoned Plumb-Medic and left a message. I received a return call in less than a half hour. The repair man came to my home in a half hour from the time I hung up. He accessed my situation, got his tools, and wasted no time getting to work. In about an hour the job was done. I am amazed at how smoothe the process went. I will tell everyone and everybody that will listen about my excellent service from Plumb-Medic. Do not hesitate to use this company. You will not regret it.

We spoke to Plumb-Medic on Wednesday, and our toilet was "ready for use" by Friday afternoon. We were happy with the response time. He said he would be here on Friday, and called to confirm the timing that day since he was also stopping at Lowe's to make our purchase. He took away our old toilet and left everything neat and clean. Overall, we are very pleased with Plumb-Medic -- courteous, affordable, and efficient. We will definitely use their services again.

I had them come out and he did some work to stop the dripping. He replaced the spring and boots. A little while later the dripping started again. The owner of the company came out and fixed the problem no extra charge. The whole process was fine and they did a good job.

He was on time and completed the work needed efficiently. He also gave advice on what may be needed if the clog reoccurs and provided a price quote to replace the trap.

E-mailed for estimate, called me that day, set up estimate for next day, and repaired within 24 hours. Very fast, and professional.

Plumb Medic were able to fix everything that day except the diverter, which they didn't have the Delta part for (on the truck), and suggested that I could find the part myself at HomeDepot and put in. I said i would give it a try and went to the store, but couldn't find the exact part. However, when I returned home, I DID find a leak coming through my lower level ceiling. I called Plumb Medic back and they sent someone else out. This person said that I needed more work to the shower and eventually replaced the entire shower kit (diverters and handles) with a "higher quality" kit (from Gerber, I believe). I called the owner and we negotiated a price where I would pay only the parts ($173 of the $564 listed above), and no labor, but that I would take care of the water damage. That seemed fair to me, although I had little experience hiring a plumber previously.

Late on Friday night the powder room toilet overflowed after someone took a shower. And then again on Sat morning. After plunging, treating, using the wet-vac, but not succeeding, I finally went to Angie's List and found Plumb-Medic. Called late Sunday and left message; John returned my call and said someone could be out first thing the next morning. I asked for a ballpark estimate after explaining that the main was blocked and he quoted me $175 over the phone. Early the next morning Sean called to verify the address and said he was on the way. He arrived in 30 min, snaked the main from the street, cleared the blockages, and tested the water flow from inside. Sean was professional and extremely helpful in explaining the process. He instructed me to continue to use Root-Kill to keep the roots in check and that 6-7 years was a long time between blockages; he said that many people have repeated root blockages every year! The final bill was $177.25 which is exactly what John had said so I was pleased. I highly recommend Plumb-Medic to everyone and will definitely call them for all my future plumbing needs. While the person who arrived was very nice, he obviously did not know what he was doing. It was just a waste of 125.00 is all.

He was very professional, informative and helpful. I would say the price would be as expected. I never felt that we were being taken advantage of. We absolutely recommend this company and will plan to use them again in the future if needed.

Plumb Medic was prompt, polite and entirely professional. The technician explained everything he did, cleaned up after himself and was simply very nice. He allowed me time to research the suggested replacement pump unit, and was great about outlining potential problems in our sump pump and french drain, and he suggested solutions. He did good work and made me a better informed homeowner. Online sourcing showed me that the price for the replacement unit was good, and he applied the Angie's List discount before I even remembered to ask!

Sean arrived early of scheduled appointment. Called first to let me know he was on the way. I showed him the problem with the sink. He told me he could fix it and he had to try several different pieces to get a perfect fit due to space under sink.

I am ill and I needed a plumber to repair two leaking faucets. The plumber performed the service quite satisfactorily although the cost was a little dear but within the range of any plumber's services. I would use this company again.

I was experiencing a leak under the kitchen sink. I called and they came out same day despite having a full scheudle. Turns out the garbage disposal was cracked and I needed a new one. Shawn recommended which one to get (very reasonable price), went to the store and picked it up, and installed it all within a two hour window. I will definitely be calling them again if I run into any other plumbing problems or needs.

Joe called me back within 10 minutes and Shawn was 15 minutes early, after having called my cellphone to let me know he would be over in about 5 minutes. Shawn also gave us an estimate for other work we needed done and it was quite reasonable. We will be having that work done in the fall. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.
