It went well. All or toilet were backed up and needed to be sneak from the outside. it took about 15minute or lest the young man was pleasant. It was the second time we had use Medic services and they did not disappoint. They were here whiting the hr of calling. gave a B for price.but the young man explain that it was the weekend and that price was a little more. so I change to an A

I'm a frequent user of Angies List, and i needed a plumber to do some nagging repairs that have been ignored for too long. I read the Angie's List reviews of Plumb Medic and decided to give them a call. I'm glad i did - I called on Wednesday, scheduled an appointment at my convenience on Friday, and I'm very pleased with the work that was performed. The plumber, Shawn, arrived on time, was professional, quick, dedicated and pleasant to speak to. I'm very happy with the entire experience and will use Plumb Medic from now on for all plumbing issues. They earned top marks in my book, and i'm not an easy guy to please.

They got back to me quickly with an estimate to what it may cost. He came out the same day and got the problem fixed within 20 minutes. He had all the tools with him. I would recommend them.

What I could not do with 3 different tools, several internet orders and trips to home depot over a course of 3 weeks, this plumber did in under 2 minutes. After removing the shower pipe thread piece I had him install the new pipe and showerhead. He also installed a new pipe and showerhead in the other bathroom (but there were no broken pipes in there). Everything was installed sturdely, watertight, and looks great. He was also 5 minutes early and did everything in under 30 minutes and was on his way.

Fine. The plumber arrived on time. He had replacement parts on his van and made the repair right then, no extra appointments needed.

On my homeowners warranty I had another plumber hook up a new garbage disposal, but he was not licensed to provide plumbing services in NJ. This plumber told me that my PVC plumbing was glued together and all the plumbing under the sink needed to be replaced and whoever did the job would probably have to break into the wall as well. It was a blessing in disguise that this plumber was not licensed in NJ, because he was completely wrong about the repair. Plumb Medic arrived on time. The plumber did say that the PVC piping was glued, but he cut the existing pipe and put in another piece of PVC pipe to connect the garbage disposal to the sink. This repair took about 15 minutes. He was professional, courteous, and neat. I believe I have found my plumber! I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.

I had come home the night before to puddles of water on my downstairs bathroom floor. Could not find the source. Turned off all of the water in the house. The next morning around 7:30am I called Plumb Medic and explained what happened. About 45 minutes later I got a call that someone was on the way and would be there in about 30 minutes. The worker who arrived, Sean, was very nice & professional. I explained what happened and he was able to find the source of the leak. He had to cut a hole in the wall to get to the pipe to fix it. He was there about 2 1/2 hours and the cost was around $300. Alittle pricey but considering it was somewhat of an emergency I was ok with paying that. Would definitely recommend them if you are ok with paying alittle extra. If nothing else they are good for emergencies.

Yesterday evening I noticed leakage around the cover to the sewer pump tank at the side of the house. I checked on Angie's List and put in a call to Plumb Medic at about 9:30 in the evening. They called me back a little after 7:37 this morning to find out exactly what the problem was and where I lived. The guy said he had gotten a lot of calls and would call back to let me know when someone could be here. I got a second call at 8:37 telling me they were on their way. Jason and Harry arrived promptly and I showed them the problem. They checked to make sure there was power to the pump and when they saw that there was, they were able to drain the tank so they could see inside. They diagnosed the issue which was kitchen grease built up in the tank gunking up the works. They hosed it out and removed all the debris and the pump began to work again. What I appreciated most is that even though I followed them around asking questions, peering down into the tank and watching everything they did (because I wanted to understand the problem and how they were going about fixing it) they were very nice and explained it all to me. They also gave me tips on how to maintain the pump and avoid the issue in the future. These guys were great! They knew what they were doing, worked together well and completed the job with care and in a professional and timely manner. The price was in line with what I expected as well for the amount of time they spent. I'm planning to have some new gas lines run in my home in the near future and I'll definitely call these guys back.

Plumb Medic arrived punctually on the morning after my call. Their polite and professional plumber gave us options about replacing our old water heater. He explained the pros and cons of each option, answering all of my questions. Actually, my wife was present and she had the plumber on the phone with me to discuss options. My wife and I made our selection---a reliable, quality 75 gallon tank. That sized tank required a 2nd worker to assist. Plumb Medic immediately summoned the 2nd man and they expertly removed the old water heater and installed a new, larger one. Moreover, they very neatly and carefully moved a variety of boxes and obstructions near the water heater. My wife offered to move the boxes; however, they volunteered. All of the piping and other installation-related items were installed with precision accuracy. They certainly earned a perfect rating from me. I would not hesitate to hire them again and I am glad to recommend them without hesitation here on Angie's List. The new hot water heater has been operating perfectly. They took the old hot water with them to dispose. They navigated through my basement, including the clutter. Clearly, they took pride in the high quality of their work. It really doesn't get any better than that. I consider the price to be competitive in the marketplace for both the hot water heater itself as well as the labor cost. A+ grade all the way for these guys. Thanks!

The staff of Plumb Medic showed up when they said they're going to show up. They were really good, very personable, professional and very friendly. It was expensive but they were perfect.

I called Plumb Medic and they were able to come to the house the next day. The sewer line had to be accessed through the house as we have no outside cleanout. The technician assessed the situation and came up with an option for cleaning where the roto-rooter was run through the window near the basement cleanout. This option saved me $75 since he didn't have to bring the machine into the house. The he prompltly unplugged our drain which was full of roots. Total time from when he cam to when we had service again was less than one hour. Overall, I was very pleased.

Everything went quickly and smoothly and was all cleaned up nicely. This prompt response saved me a possible bigger problem later.

I received 2 phone calls before the work started to schedule the work. The guy came in, evaluated the problems, and completed the work in less than an hour. He also was fair in that told me that I did not need to spend money on another issue that was causing another water leak. These days is hard to find people like this.

It went really well. They were here two hours after I called. They explained the issue, which turned out to be roots that were in my pipes.

I had a problem with my upstairs shower, the water wouldn't turn off, and the main shutoff valve at my house was corroded (I'm a recent homeowner, just starting to get used to all this!). I called Plumb Medic in the morning, they stated they could be by at 11 AM or earlier. At 10:00 AM they called and stated they were available if I was ready, and of course I said yes. The gentlemen that showed up was courteous and professional. He fixed the problem promptly and it's held up well since. I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent work, good price, and prompt service. Cleaned up afterward. Got 3 bids, this one in the middle but only 150 above the low bid. 500 below high bid. Understood what to do to avoid other problems such as supporting the verticle line in the house (which is old). This company is trustworthy. Did everything over the phone with a fellow named Joe.

Additionally, I had numerous questions and concerns about installing an exit pump in my basement (after the first two installations by another plumber had failed). Joe of Plumb Medic gave me no sweet talk and laid the situation out succinctly, fairly and accurately. I wound up chosing the more expensive pump based on his recommendation that he himself guaranteed the installation for a year and that he was more familiar with said pump. He said he would be happy to install the cheaper pump and guarantee the install but wanted me to know that he didn't know that cheaper pump as well. Last but not least I didn't feel gouged and the pump works great.

Called provide number, was called back shortly. Estimate was given after evaluating the situation. Water heater was procured and installation was complete within a few hours.

We are very pleased with the service received. Pre-job communication was good and Harry showed up as scheduled. All three repairs were accomplished without difficulty including a universal repair part on a Lowes brand toilet (Lowes doesn't stock parts on their own toilets). Would use this company again.

This is the second time we've used Plumb Medic. Both times were fantastic. This is the only plumbing company I will ever use in the area. PM has established professionalism, integrity and great performance which isn't always easy to find. Thanks again guys!

This was my first experience with Plumb Medic. Joe returned my call promptly, scheduled an appointment for the next day and they arrived at the scheduled time. Harry was the representative that came to my house. He was polite, professional and knowledgable.He took the time to inspect my system thoroughly, and performed the necessary repair on the spot. The price seemed appropriate for the job. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others.

I had a serious leak around the bottom of my master bedroom toilet. My entire floor was wet, so I called Joe at Plumb Medic after reading about him on Angie's List. I told Joe I had a very small job and he said that was no problem, they do jobs big and small. He said he'd have someone at my house within an hour. Sure enough, a nice plumber showed up within the hour. He explained to my husband what we needed done. He had the necessary parts so we didn't have to wait for anything. The plumber was very courteous and professional. According to Angie's List, Joe's company performs a lot of big jobs, so it's nice to know you can rely on his company in an emergency, and I considered my problem an emergency.

Called Plumb Medic around 8am. Joe answered the phone right away. He had a guy at my door within the hour! They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prices are within reason - what more could you ask for?
