Overall experience was positive. I had spoke to Joe in the past about some other work that we ultimately decided to hold off on but I knew if I had future plumbing needs I would call him. A hose connection on the outside of the house was installed and we're happy with the result. Will continue to call Plumb Medic for future plumbing needs.

Harry did a good job, was very pleasant and easy to work with. He helped me get parts free from mfr. The young lady in the office, Jessica was also pleasant and efficient. I would use them again.

I was suppose to be the first call and stayed from work to get things going. Received a call that morning that plumber called in sick and was pushed back to mid morning. Plumber spent 2.5 hours replacing valve. Also, promised a call back on a tub overflow gasket that was not a stock item due to age of tub. I had to call them a week later and finally got an estimate for that gasket.

I just bought an older house a few months ago, after years of being a renter, so having to find a plumber was pretty much a first for me. I have a small leak in the main pipe in the house that seemed to have turned into the toilet backing up into the sinks. Since I had called in the morning, they said that they could send someone out later in the afternoon. Shawn called me to tell me he was finishing up a job and would be about 1/2 hour or 45 minutes. When he arrived,, he checked out the pipe and told me it had a crack in the top, but really didn't need to be replaced immediately and that clearing the sewer line would take care of the problems. I appreciate the honesty, since he could have told me that the entire pipe needed replacing. It's hard to find honest companies anymore, so I would definitely recommend Plumb Medic.

CALLED ON A THURSDAY FOR SERVICE AND THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY. HARRY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

Service was great! They came out at the scheduled time. Shawn was the tech who responded. He called and let me know what time he would be there. Very friendly and professional. Gave detailed information on the job. I felt service and fees were fair and honest. I am not from this area so I was very nervous about getting an honest plumber. I would definitely use them again! Thank you!

The Bain of my existence, Horizon, overhauled the bathtub then said to me it's not totally fixed but it's only dripping every 15 seconds. Then they have the nerve to offer to fix my shower by tearing through the wall to "check" if the pipes may be cracked an also cutting into my dining room ceiling to see what might be the problem. I asked if they will guarantee that after all that ripping up of drywall the problem will be fixed... Nope. I signed up on Angie's list where I found my new plumbers. The owner knew where the problem was over the phone. Howard came in, confirmed what the issue was and took care of my plumbing for a third of what I would have paid those that shall remain nameless.

We were very happy with plumb medic. We had a broken sewer pipe that needed to be replaced and had a gas leak that needed to be repaired. The guys that came out were very professional and hardworking. This was not an easy job as the sidewalk had to be ripped up, which was two pads on top of each other. Then when they started digging there were big tree roots that needed to be cut out as well! Our pipe ended up being worse than we thought and took an extra day to finish the whole job. Still with the extra work our price remained reasonable. I felt like Joe was very fair. The men kept me informed through the whole process and cleaned up very nicely. They had to remove my ivy fence at one point and I was shocked to see the the fence had been put back and the ivy back on it too! I would definitely use plumb medic again.

Very quick to schedule and complete work, it was just before a large storm and we were worried that we would have a power outage, they came out during the storm and completed work... Well done!

ARRIVED ON TIME FELLOW GOT OUT OF TRUCK WITH ALL THE TOOL HE NEEDED WENT DOWN TO THE BASEMENT AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK, HE DID A VERY NICE JOB THE BASEMENT LOOKED LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED

I called to have a hot water heater and a utility sink installed in my recently purchased home. A nice young lady answered and said the owner was on vacation and would call me back. The owner called, he was also very nice. I told him what we needed done and he said he would call back with an estimate. I didn't get a call back. It's too bad because the plumber we did hire was a bozo that did a poor job.

We had a backup in the main from our home; I assumed it was roots since we had the same thing happen a year ago. Called late on Sunday evening and Joe returned my call promptly and said he would call back first thing Mon morning with the day's schedule. Joe called first thing Monday morning and said I was #3 on the schedule and expect someone around 11am. Shawn called just before 11 and arrived shortly after. It's so nice when a contractor calls to verify he's on the way. After looking in the clean out vent in the street, we discovered it was full of baseball-sized river rocks from the berm in front of our home! Since the vent cover is never opened and the stones are heavy, they didn't just accidentally fall into the C/O. Someone (I have a short list of suspect neighborhood kids) had to lift the cover off and drop the stones in. Shawn was able to use a long grabber to get about 20; he also used a long copper pipe with a flat hook on one end to gingerly lift the others. It took him about 90 min to get them all out! Since the C/O pipe is narrow and hard to see down, and was filled with water and sewage after he cleared the main opening, Shawn really had a tough time fishing for and lifting out the rocks slowly, one at a time. After removing the rocks the main was running great and toilets flushing normally again. Shawn drilled 2 holes in the vent cover and screwed it down to prevent the lid being easily removed. All in all it was a time-consuming and frustrating job that Shawn handled with professionalism, patience, and perseverance! I will continue to highly recommend Plumb Medics to family, friends, and neighbors. Thank you, Shawn!

I found them on Angie's List and they were absolutely outstanding. What a great company! I felt there was a great deal of honesty because they recommended products that would not necessarily give them the most profit. That was very impressive to me.

My plumber of 25 years passed away so I needed a new plumber for my home and rental properties. I used Angies List for the first time. I called PlumbMedic and spoke to Joe the owner. One of his guys came ASAP. Shawn was great. Explained what was going on. And gave advice for future. After very disappointing work by Roto Rooter who could not clear the drain and said that pipe was broken, full of dirt and needed to be dug up and replaced for $3,500+, PlumbMedic is now on my speed-dial list. In Shawn's truck I pointed to the small snake that was used by Roto Rooter. Shawn said it was the snake used, for example, on sink small drains. That small snake is not used for 4 inch mains. And I am now keeping Angies List next to ConsumerReports for reliable advice.

Everything could not have run more smoothly. We called around 930 am and left a message. We received a call back from the owner in less than 2 hours. We were very happy because it was Labor Day, after all. Joe spoke with my husband and said he would call one of his employees and get back to us. He called back in a short period of time. Jason came to our home at 210 pm and fixed the problem in less than 40 minutes. We could not have been happier with the professionalism and customer service of this company. The price was at holiday rate so it would have been cheaper if we had waited until Tuesday but we couldn't wait! So glad we called Plumb Medic and will absolutely use this company in the future. We'll also be telling everyone we know about them!

The appointment went well. The provider was on-time, quickly found the problem and was able to fix the leak which was in an odd position without damaging the tile work. He also replaced the flapper in a toilet and fully secured another toilet that was not bolted completely to the floor. He did a great job and I thought the price was fair. I would use this company again.

Great experience! I spoke with Harry late in the day on a Friday. He took the time to give me an estimate and told me exactly what I needed to look for should I choose to buy my own pump (since I had asked). In the end I had them provide the pump and it was very reasonably priced. I asked if the job could be done early the next week and Harry said Jessica would call me on Monday to schedule an appointment. She called me as promised and we set up an appointment for the next day. Shawn called me when he was about 10 minutes from my home to let me know he was on his way. He was professional and got right to work. He finished the job quickly and was even kind enough to help me with something that was not plumbing related that was too heavy for me to lift. It was very kind of him. I will definitely call Plumb Medic the next time I need plumbing service!

Shawn called prior to arrival and informed me that he was on his way. He got straight to work, testing the pump to diagnose the issue. He opened the pump and identified that one of the screws of the float had not been tightened, rendering the float ineffective. Shawn repaired the float and determined that there was no need for another one since the float was still in working condition. Shawn tested the float repeatedly before closing up the ejector pump. I am so happy that he was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently! Shawn did such a great job and also didn't mind working around my curious pets. Shawn was very professional and diligently worked on the issue until it was resolved. Thanks to Angie's List, I've found an honest and hard-working plumber!

Workman was very professional and completed job in short amount of time. I had checked out the price (online) of a new pump exactly like the one he installed and what he paid for it was less than what I could get it for online. Due to the fact that the basement bathroom in the basement, a pump is required to dispose of waste. He showed me how the pump was smoking and sparking. There was no question in my mind that it had to be replaced. I was extremely satisfied with his knowledge and skills. Would highly recommend them.
