When they couldn't' initially fix it or find the right part, they did not charge us until they came back the third time with the right part. Technician was prompt and courteous

Technician was on time very polite and work the job through to completion. This work was performed at our church and when the then left he made sure the church was locked up. Great work, quick response.

The work was completed quickly and was professionally done. It went very well and we would definitely use them again.

I appreciated their communication with me about the issue and what they found. I also appreciated their communication to me about when they would be able to come to my house and arriving on time. They did a good job and quality work. I don't really have a plumbing thing to evaluate the quality. There were no issues. I would recommend them.

They were very professonal. They took about 3 to 4 hrs to complete the job. I was told by a previous plumber that my entire bathroom floor would have to be ripped out to replace this pipe. I really didnot understand that since the pipe is visible and easy to reach because I have drop ceilings. The previous plumber told me I might as well get my bathroom redone since they have to rip out the flooring. I was quoted over 4000.00. They never came back with the written quote. I am so happy I called plumbmedic. They did the job efficiently, quick and cleaned everything up as if they had never been there. I appreciate their honesty.

I am very impressed with the whole experience. 11 PM on Sunday night our system was clogged, the township came and did their thing-no change for us. I called at 6AM Monday morning during a snowstorm, I had a call back within 10 mins telling me we would be put on the schedule for that morning and at 9AM a serviceman arrived and started working. 45 minutes later he was on his way to the next customer and we were able to use our showers, toilets, etc. again. Thank you for your prompt attention!

I have a rental unit and the tenant told me there was no hot water. I knew the hot water heater was about 12 yrs old so it probably needed to be replaced. I arranged for Plumb Medic to replace the hot water heater. When they got there, he discovered that there appeared to be an electrical problem. Instead of replacing the hot water heater and having me call an electrician, he told me to just call an electrician and see if that fixes the problem. It did and I want to say thank you for being so honest.. I do want to mention that I have used them before for other plumbing issues and they are always professional and honest.

The service was excellent, from the scheduling of the visit to the work performed. After attempting to fix what we thought was a minor blockage ourselves, we learned last night that the blockage was much worse and that we needed to call in a plumber. We found Plumb Medic on Angie's List and our experience was just like the other positive reviews. I called first thing in the morning and asked for an afternoon service call. I was a new customer. The person that answered the phone was very polite. They said they could come late in the afternoon and they gave me a window, and that if they could come earlier in the afternoon that they would call me. Shawn called me at 1pm and coordinated coming out to meet me at my house. Shawn and Dennis were the guys that came. Both were professional and easy to work with. After explaining the situation, Shawn ran a few tests to confirm the situation and they went right to work. They cleared the blockage from the vent near the street. To do this they ran a snake about 50 feet and cleared out the blockage. They explained the cause and how to avoid it in the future. They also performed a minor toilet repair for me too. They were in and out in 1.5 hours. Will definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have used PlumbMedic in about 5 weeks, for two different problems. The first was to solve a toilet tank-bowl seal issue (Consumer Alert: not all toilet parts are interchangeable among brands and models!) that a previous knucklehead had walked away from. Joe and Shawn were interested in accomodating my time frame. came exactly when they said, and did the job - he CAME with the correct part, did not need to look at the problem and then go to buy the part. The second issue was on an emergent basis. I called about 10AM on a Sunday, and literally within five minutes had a return call, discussed the issue, and was told that they would be at my house within two hours (they were working on a ruptured pipe). Harry called before they came, identified the problem, and solved it. Harry was professional, efficient, friendly (without trying to be my best friend...) and competent. He also called me by name, not ..."lady"... He took about 90 minutes or so to be satisfied he had excluded any additional obstruction, and made sure that everything was in fact running before he left (very important - for him and for me. assuming is dangerous for everyone). (FYI -using the shop vac blower to dry the floor near the pilot of the hot water heater - not Harry's problem - does in fact blow out the pilot!) For the relief it afforded me and the genuine urgent nature of the problem, the price was reasonable. These guys are close to my house and they are now on speed dial!

A toilet was acting up, and we suspected a crack, so we agreed to replace it. The actual toilet brought to the house was not the one they had priced out (they did call and warn me about the change). I am not really happy with the unit, but it does work and it isn't losing water. The job was messy, again, not so much the plumbers fault as the prior homeowner tiled the floor incorrectly and a dozen or so of the tiles came out when the plumber was trying to remove the old wax ring. Since the toilet was shaped differently than we expected, the old caulk line is visible. Polite, punctual, fair and a working product at the end but also a lot of money for the unit and the residual mess we are left with.

He walked the property with me to inform me about my plumbing. He did a great job.

The plumber arrived about 45 minutes late, which for a contracter isnt unexpected. He ran a flexible pipe from my basement through some flooring and up into where my stove was to go. He could have done the job quicker and just made some extra holes (that I would have to patch later) but he instead snaked the gas tube/pipe around the ceiling/floor until it popped up exactly at the stove. No drilling through my cabinets and no unsightly hole in my basement ceiling. I assume the reason for the higher than expected cost was because I made the special request to not drill unsightly holes, otherwise he could have been done with the job an hour sooner and $150 cheaper. In the end, the new pipe was installed perfectly with 2 separate in line manual shutoff valves, and the pipes were sealed using a commercial epoxy vs a normal residential one, so it should definitely last. The whole job took about 3 hours. With the solid work that they did, I would definitely use them again. The stove was delivered and installed the next day and has been working flawlessly. I checked around the pipes and there are no gas leaks that I can smell, so I think everything is working perfectly (I have gas heat, a gas fireplace, and now a gas stove; plenty of oppertunities to smell gas if there was a leak).

Sean from Plumbmedic came on Friday and assessed what needed to be done, and Harry did the actual removal and installation of the new toilet on Tuesday. Both were friendly and professional and explained what would be done and I could not be more pleased with the work they did.

They did a great job! Another company quoted two times what the Plumb medic quoted. Very nice plumbers who know thier craft.

Put in a new dishwasher and checked a kitchen faucet. They had to drill to put the piping in for the new dishwasher. I was impressed with how neat they were. Would recommend them and use them!

Quick response and very professional.

We just moved into our home a year ago and this would be the second winter in our home. We have a winter/summer boiler system and therefore do not have a hot water heater. We realized that in the winter season our shower water did not get as hot as the water in our kitchen faucet, and not hot enough to take a comfortable shower. We contacted plumb medic as well as another plumber after reading the reviews from other users on Angie's List. We scheduled to have both come and give their estimates before having any work done. The first plumber arrived and immediately said he would not be able to assist as he did not have a heating background and was not familiar with our setup. Two gents from Plumb medic arrived and one of them is the "heater guy" for the company. He immediately diagnosed what he though our problem was, a missing mixing valve coming off the boiler. This valve would make the kitchen water not as scalding hot as it was while also making the bathroom water warmer and more consistent than what it had been. They were able to get the part and install it that day. We went to take our first showers and realized the problem was actually worse than what it had been. We did some searching online to see what other people suggested with the same unit and made adjustments with no luck. We called Plumb Medic back and they sent the same crew out to take a look to see what was going on. It was determined that the mixing valve that was put on was broken so they would need to order another one and come back out to install it. In the meantime they agreed that the water coming out was too cold and they made some adjustments that would hopefully help. Unfortunately it didn't. Weeks went by before our new mixing valve was installed due to an illness of the main tech at the company. We are sad to report that the new mixing valve also did not solve the problem. It was better than the first fix but still worse than where we were to begin with. We wound up having a hot water heater installed from a completely different company. The $485 we spent on the mixing valve and labor was for nothing as the mixing valve was removed when the new hot water heater was installed. Not completely blaming Plumb Medic as they were trying to fix the issue without installing a hot water heater but they were pretty confident the mixer would have fixed the issue which is the only reason why we went that way.... We were definitely prepared from the initial call to pay for a hot water heater. The gentlemen that came to the house were very courteous and I'd rate them an A for that. I was disappointed that they only had one guy in the company that could assist with our issue so when he was out sick we were left dealing with the issue (and taking freezing cold showers in the winter) until he was able to return. I gave D and C because the overall outcome was that we paid money to find out we needed a hotwater heater all along.

I called and spoke to Joe. He wasn't sure he would be able to get someone to me in the same day, but, then went out of his way and made it happen. I believe the man who came and did the repair was Shawn. Their responsiveness and friendliness, not to mention how quickly and efficiently the work was done is what service is meant to be. I was thrilled to have found someone that I would go back to in a heartbeat. I'm writing this review today (5 months later) because I have another need to for a plumbing repair and I'm so excited that I don't have to try to find someone to use and trust. I'm call Plumb Medic in the morning!!

Shaun was prompt, communicative, and efficient. He had the clog cleared in no time and even showed us how to properly unblock the drain in case of future problems. We've had no trouble since and would definitely use Plumb Medic again.

Arrived right on time and Sean was very professional and easy to deal with. We will definitely use them again.

This is for a rental property I own. I contacted PlumMedic and described the issue. I told them my tenant would call to arrange for them to come out. They repaired the leak and then called me the next day for my credit card for payment. I did not want to have my tenant pay.

I did not use this contractor and have made arrangements to have someone who works on wells to come out -who is also on Angie's list.

I called on a Saturday morning. The man who answered the phone gave me an easy fix over the phone--which worked in 10 seconds! Very nice of him to do that.
