Description of Work: when called they are always out within a reasonable amount of time. As for cost, it is governed by the oil industry, although it is high as all oil companies are high, this is attributed to the industry not the Petro Oil.

Description of Work: They are my fuel provider from September, 2013 to September 30. 2014. They are too large for a small consumer like me. They lack the one to one relationship that I prefer. There is no follow through on any discussion or request on the first round. I had to call several times, and each time I was placed on hold, etc. They based my contract with them on a voice recording. I was never sent a written contract until recently after I requested it.
