Description of Work: lot of trips. Wrong keypad brought to the job site for the security system. Delayed the install a couple of weeks. Fire alarm that was previously installed by another contractor had to be updated. week or two delay. Monthly monitoring price appeals to be reasonable. Had one phone call at 6 in the morning about a door alarm. Nothing found with that as far as a break-in. Originally got the security system due to two break ins. Already had a camera system but it didn't help identify who it was and the guy was there quite a while looking around. Salesman was extremely nice and willing to work withed us.

 + -1 moreThey were very responsive and professional. A sales guy came out to give a quote and we discussed a few options. He was not a pushy salesmean at all, but did let us know what was available. we accepted the proposal (after sitting on it for a couple weeks), put down deposit and they put us on their calendar. They told us it might be a few weeks after getting the deposit but they were available to install within about a week of signing which was nice. They came out on the scheduled date and completed the work the same day (took them about 6 hours) The techs were friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. The general manager followed up right away(next day) to see if we were satisfied (we are) The whole process was very easy and we are glad to have the peace of mind of a top quality fire alarm system.
Description of Work: checked out my existing fire alarm system & replaced with a new one, adding some pieces to bring up to code. This was for a multi-unit building (2 apartments with store on first floor)
