They went above and beyond by digging out and filling in a gap in my adjoining old driveway. The excavation process was well done and they left the site clean. It’s now 5 months old and again, just perfect. Highly highly recommended.

+ -1 moreServices were reasonable and he was very professional, but just like always you should always inspect their work. A cap was put in the quote but since he did not have the right size he was not going to install it. If I didn't inspect the work it would not have been completed. I found the proper size cap (on Amazon) for less than he was going to buy it from his supplier, so he ordered it and installed. All in all happy with the work, but be sure to inspect prior to final payment.

Description of Work: I needed my front walk redone after a tractor-trailer hit a tree and pulled the tree out by it's roots. I am considering possibly selling in the future so decided I should redo my patio, driveway and front steps entranceway. He was on a tight schedule and was planning on leaving for Puerto Rico to help the hurricane victims and his family. I really needed the work to be done before I left for Georgia and my daughters doctors appointments in the next two weeks. He went out of his way to help me get it all done and with quality workmanship.

+ -1 moreHe did a great job, and it wasn't very expensive. We were having a hard time getting someone to come out, and we were really glad he came out. He was half the price too! He even sealed up a few other cracks for us while he was at it, and even came in on a weekend for us, and was very contentious, and fantastic! I would recommend him to anyone!
Description of Work: He came out to fill in the cracks in our driveway apron. He put filler between the expansion joints to prevent the driveway from being damaged. It was a small job.

+ -1 moreWork was done before my deadline despite threating weather. Conditions involved existing stone walls that were not in too good condition. Demo was done on day one as well as forming work for new steps. Day two truck and workers were on site by about 7 AM and worked most of the day to get the pour complete. Finishers stayed until late afternoon to complete and pull forms. Workers did a great job despite difficult conditions. Already received compliments on the new steps.
Description of Work: Demo of existing 116 year old front steps (7 Risers), forms for new steps, poured new steps and finished.

+ 0 moreIt is a tall (about 12') chimney w/very difficult access due to home renovations. Ladders and scaffolding wouldn't work. Mr Torres arranged for a lift to be set up the day before and performed the work on Saturday. His team did excellent work under chilly and windy conditions. My chimney turned out great. My expectation is that I will use Mr Torres again as my 90 year old house does need some upkeep.
