I wanted to reach out and offer a heartfelt thank you to your team, and especially to Tom M. Tom responded to our service call on a Friday morning after our heater stopped working and came right out. He determined right away that our unit had not been serviced appropriately by ourselves, as new homeowners, or by the previous homeowners. It was determined that we would need parts that were not available right away, and Tom called back that evening to see if we needed space heaters to keep the family warm over the weekend. On Monday morning, he promptly asked if we had been okay and said he had worried about us in the cold. Additionally, Tom and Bobbi worked with our warranty company and were able to quickly get us back up and running and without the major impact this would have had on us. They took extra steps to look out for us, and it is greatly appreciated. You have a great team, and now a customer for life! Thank you again, the DeLessio's

Service technician was punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and polite. Work appears to be of excellent quality and service technician answered all questions after the work was completed. The only downside was the price. The replacement was completed in about an hour at a "fixed" price for the type of repair. Based on the fixed price, cost of a new pump and gaskets, and the time required to complete the work, the average hourly rate charged was approximately $400/hour. Despite all of the good qualities of the service, the excessive labor charge will make me consider other firms in the future.

Overall, they were fantastic. Professional, respectful and knowledgable. Our AC, Heater and Hot Water Heater took a little under 2 days to install. The rest was complete within that same week. My entire house is now one, even temperature and I've already seen significant savings on our electric bill! There was a small issue with the billing, but the owner cleared that up within 15 minutes of being contacted. Will definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for similar products and services! Thanks!!

It was good. We had no problems. We purchased a whole new Heating & new A/C. I had them install a new hot water heater and new under flooring heating system too. It took them a couple of weeks to do. They obliged my scheduling times. I only had one problem -- part of the heating system for my boiler didn't work for part of the winter. After they sent out several techs, the owner himself came out and fixed the system.

I needed my hot water heater replaced. Their Master Technician came to my house on July 24 to make up an estimate. He said that he would email the estimate to me. He didn't send the estimate. I waited until the 28th and then called the office to ask how long it would take to write an estimate. The office staff was friendly and apologetic. They said that it should have been emailed the first day. They said they would tell him and have him email it that day. The next day I still had no response. I decided to try one more time. I called the office. Once again the office staff was friendly and apologetic. I gave them a second email address, in case he had written the first one down incorrectly. They assured me that he would send the estimate. It is now a week and a half later (8/8), and I have not received and estimate either via email or phone. I am very disappointed because Alber had mostly good review here on Angie's List. I was forced to call another company this morning. They gave me an immediate quote over the phone and are now scheduling my installation. Whatever is wrong with Alber's communication, they have lost another customer.

There was no banging on the walls, everything was left neat and clean. It was good to go when they left. I think its great that there wasn't a big mess, that they cleaned up, that when they left it was useable and I didn't have go follow them around, cleaning. They were very, very good. I like the creativity. I like that they didn't drag it out. They got it done. They came on my schedule to install. They gave me suggestions. They made it match. Its not a perfect match because its not the original; this is an older house. But in terms of making it work, this works perfectly. So I am very happy. I think they did a good job. You can't find people to do that kind of work as easily as you used to. We went with this guy because we thought everything was fair and we were comfortable with it.

Arrived whey they said they would,installed the heater and got it running the same day so we were not inconvenienced.They were neat and professional and did their work with no damage to my house. Provided service to go over a problem with the air conditioner/

Alber did work on our house a couple months ago. We recently moved into a house with oil heat. We were spending a fortune on oil. In addition our house wasn?t properly insulated in certain areas. Alber gave us three plans to choose from, we chose the plan that covered? oil to gas conversion, new furnace, new a/c unit and insulation throughout our house. He also made us aware there is an energy savings finance plan through the state. The state of NJ will give you a loan up to $10,000 with 0% interest, in addition will give $5000 toward the work if the project exceeds $15,000. Our project exceeded the $15,000 by $900.So technically we got $15,900 work completed, but paid $900 outright and $10,000 is through a 0% 10 year loan. So you can?t really beat that. And we are already saving a ton of money. We got our first gas bill, and I was blown away with how low it was. We are saving a lot of money! Hard to put a percentage to it since it's only been >2 months.. Also, Alber and his crew are so nice and trustworthy. It took them 5 days to complete our project, and they would get to our house before we had to leave for work, and worked throughout the day. They would call us if they needed any information or guidance from us. We felt very comfortable with them in our house while we were gone. Very good people. They were also extremely clean around the house. Every day they would thoroughly clean up before they left. We also wanted to give our old oil tank and furnace to my wife's brother, so Alber made sure they removed it nicely from our house, and they delivered it right to him! Also, afterward the job was complete they sent us a thank you basket, thanking us for our business. Very professional and wholesome company! Recommend 100%.

They have done expensive and extensive work for us and I will 110% recommend them to anybody. They’re professional, clean, reliable and honest. They’re the no. 1 sub that we recommend out for heating because they are very good.

We had numerous issues with scheduling, they delayed other contractor's work because they didn't show up, and we tried to get them to resolve several issues after construction, one of which was a pump that was too large that caused several pinhole leaks in our hot water system. It ended up being a nightmare and they refused to come back. Very unprofessional. The general contractor may or may not have been to blame for the scheduling issues. Overall, I think Alber was in over their head on our job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. I didn't pay any additional. I will probably use them to do the work that was proposed.

They did a great job. They have great customer service. Their has been multiple repairs needed and they have honored the warranty every time which I appreciate.

It was wonderfully done. They were able to run the unit to all of the rooms through the closets so no remodeling was needed. They have about 2 inch openings in the ceilings to blow in the cold air. They did such a nice job. This was done without my home having the needed duct work. Since all of the work was done, I have had no issues and have been very pleased. They also gave me the best price.

Alber is the example of excellence in a contractor. I used in my home, my store and work place. They handled everything in an experienced & expedient manner. They fixed everything at reasonable costs and their staff was wonderful. I recommend them to anyone.

I am happy with their service. They are here on time for their appointments and they do what they need to do to the system. Their prices are reasonable.

I have been using them for about 10 years now. They are prompt and the technicians are very neat and clean. They respect my house and my equipment. They give you a summary of what they do in each appointment and the services performed. They usually send a post card when you are due for a service and I have not encountered any issues with them. They have great customer service and they are responsive to my calls.

They were very professional and I have no complaints. I would definitely use them again in the future. They did everything that they were suppose to do and everything went smoothly. They were easy to talk and they are very knowledgeable. The furnace works great!

They staff is always very friendly. Their prices are reasonable. In the fall, sometimes it is difficult to schedule without having to wait several weeks, however in the spring, it is a little easier. They are very professional.

Everyone in the company is pleasant and knowledgeable. Bill came in and checked the house over completely showing me where my issues were and how I could make my home more efficient. Bill made me feel confident in the work they could do and the pricing was great. Assisted with government rebates and government assistance which was a big plus. Work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Had some issues with the insulation which were fixed immediately. Bill came out personally to fix the insulation around the attic door. They kept me informed the whole time and followed up on all the work. Bill's a good guy. Laurie in the office was great. Good, honest company. I highly recommend them.

From Bill, the owner who did the before and after air leak tests. To Tom and Tom who did the HVAC and sealing work. All are truly pros. I highly recommend them.
