Description of Work: This was an annual maintenance call; no specific issues for resolution. Noteworthy for potential clients is that we've used Clear Alternative for almost ten years, and they installed our upgraded water filtration system in 2007. We have a well, so this is a non-trivial requirement given the natural iron content in the local water supply. That said, we have never had so much as a ring around any of the toilets or sinks, and the quality of the water is outstanding. We would certainly recommend this business to anyone considering a serious water filtration system.

+ -1 moreI have not used them yet. I think I called them. I probably would be going with them if I can get the guys to come out and everything. They were cheaper than what I had paid before. No one could beat that in terms of the price. It was cheaper by about $25 or $30 than when I had done it before. There was another provider who said that he would come out when he had time and put it in for free. I just have to wait and see. Right now it is a reverse osmosis system and it does not need to be changed. I was just getting an idea if I can get it cheaper. I spoke to them over the phone. Their customer service was good. I would contact them in the future.

+ -1 moreThey came out and gave a good explanation about the system. They finished the work within the promised time. There were few setbacks and we were doubtful about it, but he didn't charge anything extra for it. The system still works fine after one and a half years.
