Pisano Development Group was wonderful to work with! The process was easy and he addressed all the issues we had discussed. His report was very professional and included everything mentioned in our written agreement. He reviewed a possible structural problem with a home we were interested in purchasing and immediately put our fears at ease. Do not hesitate to use Pisano Development Group, you won't regret it. We had a home inspection that recommended having a structural engineer inspect a defect. I called Robert on Monday, had the inspection on Thursday, and an official report on Monday. He understood our time crunch, and really helped us out. My fiancé enjoyed learning about our new home's foundation with Robert the day of inspection. The cost he quoted was the final cost with no hidden fees. He is personable and loves to share his vast knowledge of engineering. I highly recommend Robert and will use him again if we ever have any structural engineering needs.

Working with Pisano Development was an excellent experience. We found Robert to be clear and thorough. We was patient in answering any questions we had during the on site inspection. He was able to get us our written report quickly so that we could continue moving with the property. The proposal was clear in what service would be provided and in the fee structure. The report was detailed, but clear so that any lay person could understand the findings.

It was great to be able to find exactly what I needed, when I needed it. I had become aware of a possible structural issue in my house involving one of the floor joists. I contacted Pisano Development Group through HomeAdvisor and was contacted within an hour by the company, and spoke with Robert. Within a few minutes of speaking with Robert on the phone it was evident that he was very knowledgeable, personable, and knew exactly what was needed in my situation. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days for him to come out and look at my house. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions, and gave me all sorts of information on the nature of the issue, what my options were, they types of contractors I would need, etc. He then sent me a detailed report of everything that was required. There was no doubt in my mind he was the right person for the job, and was happy I hired him. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Robert was very prompt responding to my needs. All work submitted was approved by the Building Department and I was able to obtain my C of A for the sale of my home.

Bob of Pisano Development is an example of what professionalism should be. He accommodated my tight scheduling request and was on time. His knowledge is evident from the get -go. He conducted an evaluation of a wall I was looking to remove by thoroughly inspecting all elements of the structure(s) around, below, above it. I would absolutely hire him in the future as well as recommend his services for any projects where your home structure will be altered. Price is at or even a tad below market average for the services performed. When it comes to your home, it is better to be safe then sorry.

Bob Pisano performed a foundation evaluation of a residential property that we are considering purchasing. His examination was thorough and professional, and I learned a lot about the current status as well as maintenance of the foundation while checking along with him. Bob sent the final report in two days, and gave me the opportunity to ask further questions. I highly recommend his service!

Bob is obviously experienced and knowledgeable, but it took two weeks to have his report after I even reminded him of owing his report. If you don't mind the duration of two weeks, I recommend him. He was a very calm and tried to assess thoroughly the structural issues in a professional scope. He also gave a revised report after added very essential evaluation part he missed in his first report.

I found Bob Pisano a competent and knowledgeable engineer for the addition to my home. His knowledge of live & dead load requirements and the general scope of the job was just what I needed. I would hire him again.

Bob was awesome through the process of sizing out a bearing beam for a wall removal project. He answered mine and my wife’s unending questions and was more then willing to do a different scenario so we could compare columns and no columns for the wall. Would highly recommend and will be using him again for future work.

I think the thing I appreciated the most is that Bob is obviously experienced and knowledgable, but he is personable and his explanations are in plain language. He takes the time to be sure the homeowner will understand what is being reported. His final written report was detailed and thorough. We were looking for a Structural Engineer to inspect a house we were buying. Bob was quick to respond, and to follow-up on my initial inquiry . We had planned the work tentatively for the following week. After we spoke, I had to put the project on indefinite hold because the attorney review period dragged on and on. Then I had to call on him with a request that the inspection happen within the next 48 hours or so, as we had to work quickly to secure the deal. Again, Bob was quick to respond, he was at the house the very next morning. He spent a great deal of time not only performing the inspection, but talking with us to give his initial impressions.
